Dr. Desilva and his staff have taken such good care of me from day one in 2016. He is very patient, kind, and understanding. He explains everything and takes the time to make sure you understand all the pros and cons of the situation. He makes sure you know all your choices and does not pressure to just have surgery. I recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

Dr. DeSilva is absolutely wonderful, he explained everything and spoke to me with care and not a lot of medical jargon that I couldn’t understand. I didn’t feel rushed at all and my questions were welcomed and answered.

Very thorough. Saved my wifes life. And his P.A. Jeff is fantastic. The surgical Nurses are great kept me well informed of what was going on during procedure. Could not ask for a better team.

Dr. Desilva and Dr. Hamm did an excellent job helping me with my sciatic nerve pain and back pain. We were originally scheduled to do a minimally invasive surgery to relieve the pressure off my sciatic nerve, but following the surgery I still had pain in my leg. So the doctors immediately prepared me for the full lumbarsectomy the same day!!!! Although I am in recovery right now, the awful pain in leg (that had been dealing with a whole year) is gone!!! I’m so thankful to them for their knowledge and skill to help me. Five stars!!!

Furthermore don't take my word for it take the relief I got as fact.
I never felt surgery was my option but compared to becoming a quadriplegic in my case sooner than later.
Dr. Desilva was able to help that's his business not just in his office to make a buck.
In my mind it is priceless for they don't pay him enough for all the relief he brought me.

Emergency back surgery for me,Dr.Desilva took the time to go indepth with the type of surgery that had to be performed and absolutely answered all of my questions with professionalism and clarification. Dr. DaSilva and Jeff are a great team. They compliment each other! I had cervical spine surgery 4/2020 during quarantine and they made sure my time in Hosp was short, without complications, and even following all visits were done by video for a whole year. Because of thier knowledge and thoroughness my recovery and healing was without issues. Would trust them with any neurological surgery i need.

Had a 15 Ft., Fall. Took whole fall on my upper back. I was I imdeatly became a paraplegic. Dr. De Silva did surgery. He wasn't able to totally fix it but he did help me & he still helps me. Re-comendationas for self re-hab & sending me to fantastic re-hab centers.

Dr Desilva is a brilliant doctor and while his bedside manner isn't as bright as his mind, I love him.
