Lynn Seto, MD

Dr. Seto literally saved my life 4 years ago and was a pleasure to have doing my surgery. I am trying to make sure she doesn't have to see me again but I wouldn't mind visiting as I am in Atlanta! Thank You for being a great Dr. that provides the ultimate in care. I hope I've posted this previously but wanted to make sure you knew how much you're appreciated, along with your staff!

Dr. Seto saved my life. She visited me several times a day and made sure the care I received was extraordinary. Many of the horrible conditions at Bay Medical were resolved due to Dr. Seto and I was there when it happened. She spoke with me at length and never rushed her visits to her patients. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Dr. Seto was and her PA for my husband's hospital stay last week. He had a 4 by-pass surgery. Dr. Seto and her staff was the best of the best! I would highly recommend her services to anyone!

Dr Seto is an extraordinary surgeon, but more importantly, she cares about her patients. She takes the time to find out what is concerning her patient, and then spends the time necessary to answer all the questions.

I do thank her for saving my grandmas life due to an Emergency Surgery BUT that is all I can thank her her for, she did not talk to us after the surgery and explain NOTHING to us she left the hospital operating room after my grandmothers surgery and went home with not a word to us, we were in the waiting room for 2 hours before we knew she was gone when security came and ask why we were still in the waiting room and notified us then that all the OR STAFF had gone home, then my grandmother gets admitted back by her a few weeks later for 3 days test done NO sign of Seto the whole visit not a word from her releases her with no results explained to us from the test she done, then today her office calls to tell us her follow appointment she had for tomorrow that was scheduled after her emergency surgery is CANCELED AND SHE IS NO LONGER HER DR.
Well I must say she was never her Dr the whole 6 weeks EXCEPT for the night of her surgery and again I DO THANK HER FOR SAVING HER LIFE THAT NIGHT .
I do not recommend her at all as a Dr there has to be better in this town than her !!!!!!
And her assistant ain’t no better, we seen her a few times and she is not friendly and don’t explain nothing either !!!

We just left without seeing the doctor. Overbooking patients, no room for wheelchair-bound patient in waiting room, no restroom with wheelchair access. We had to wait in the hallway. I kid you not.

Why not spend a few bucks on decent office instead of a closet-sized space in the hospital? Aren’t you embarrassed by your so-called medical office? I’m embarrassed for you.

I was also told the doctor would not call a patient. Who does she think she is? My husband is supposed to bare his neck to her and she can't be bothered to call.

When I asked them to call, I was simply asking for a call to reschedule. The staff was just being bitchy. Good for them. They're just an example of what's wrong here. That call won't be needed. We found a much better practice that treats patients with care instead of treating them like cattle.

One of the absolute worst experiences I've ever witnessed in medicine. In my opinion, very polite staff, but Dr. Seto was borderline rude, absolutely condescending and jaw-droppingly flippant on knowing the facts concerning the tests she'd done on my mom. I strongly advise not using Seto.
