Dr. Richards did surgery on my mom. He is a very knowledgeable doctor. He took the time to explain everything to my mom and family.

Dr. Richards is the kindest doctor I’ve ever met. He takes each patient as seriously as the next. We had a bad experience with a surgeon at Bay Medical who belittled my mother while she was in pain because she’s an alcoholic. Dr. Richards was so good to her, didn’t judge her & SAVED HER LIFE. I can’t thank him & his nurse Mary enough. They have a special place in our hearts.

Dr. Richards performed my hernia surgery 2 weeks ago. I went to the ER by ambulance to Ascension Sacred Heart Bay. Dr. Richards was amazing!! The absolute BEST!! If I could give him 10 stars I would. I am looking forward to my follow up appointment this Thursday.
