The ladies at the office that does Passports are THE NICEST !! They were so very helpful & kind.

Always helpful if you're there to file something from real estate to criminal. Wouldn't recommend walking in with an attitude or a warrant though

Easy in, easy out. Officers both greeted and directed me to the correct area's of court house. Respectfully treated and had no problems getting to the places I needed to find. Bathrooms were extremely clean and in order. Thank you Bay County Courthouse and member's for a good experience.

I was able to walk into the Civil division and ask questions that aided me in processing an eviction on a resident. It was a first for me, but they were kindly helpful with an inexperienced landlord.

My family and I came here for traffic court. Although they were processing many people, It was a quick and easy process. There are metal detectors that you have to go through. The officers and the staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. They are also helpful to direct you to any department you need to speak to. There's plenty of parking. There are plenty of Bail Bonds companies that are right next to the courthouse.

I had to get some records from them, the lady on the phone (I think her name was Kim) was super nice and helpful. She gave me an email to request them, and not even within an hour I had everything I needed with no charge.

Kathy in the Recording department is an amazing employee. She handled my problems with compnassion and professionalism! Great job Bay County for employee's like her.

Better then alot of jails..They assure that you have the basic neccesities that are needed without prejudice. Also public records are public and this site offers a portal to view info on your loved ones prior cases.

It makes me feel safe to enter the building because of the check point set up after you walk in
