If I could give this company zero stars I would. They will send what appear to be the most caring and concerned "salesman" around and they are....right to the point they get your deposit check. After that, your salesman will disappear and you'll be left waiting months for your roof. When your roof metal does arrive, it's likely you won't have enough so that will be a further delay. They hire anyone who will do subcontract roof work and if you have an issue with something, the new rep assigned to you will condescend or explain why the roof inspector is lying. When it's time for them to collect final payment, if you haven't sent them proof of transmission of payment , their "manager" will threaten to put a lien on your home that day (scare tactics). A check was issued in less than 12 hours of receipt of my final invoice, and cleared my bank within 3 business days, yet that wasn't fast enough for these vultures. (Btw...it took over 7 months for my roof to pass inspection). They are shady. They don't care about their customers, only their bottom line. They are cockroaches who crawl in to storm damaged areas and fly out just as quickly. Avoid this company at all cost. I have every email, text message and disgusting/ threatening voicemail left by these sheisters if anyone has questions.

Very shady business practices, give us written quotes, we were holding off so the impacted Hurricane Michael victims could get their work done. They are now suing us saying the insurance payment is theirs even if they don't do any work. RUN from this company. It is a shame they represent GAF, roofing material manufacturer.
