I had to come by ambulance to the ER because my kidney had quit working and although the 12 hr wait in ER sucked but the nurses and the doctors were both good. I want to make a special shout out to Dr Christensen the hosptialist was absolutely amazing listened intently and didn’t presume to know everything. Thank you

I have nothing but good things to say about everyone I encountered in the ER. They did their best to find out why I was fainting. Ran all appropriate tests. It was long wait, but they had trauma patients coming in. You have to understand they are trying to treat people by seriousness and I didn’t mind the wait. That’s what happens in the ER. If ppl quit using the ER for primary care they wouldn’t be as packed! I’m just saying

Let’s be honest, no emergency department is ideal. I will say that after having been to Gulf Coast down the road, and discharge prematurely, they stepped up to the plate quickly and provided excellent care the whole way through, including the emergency department and the admission. I did return after being discharged for some unforeseen complications, but the emergency department did absolutely everything in their power to help get me back on my feet so that I could go home and continue recovering.

My family received top notch service from the nurses in the ICU. They were so caring in every way. My mother was in their care with a terrible outlook and they allowed us to be with her right until the end. Thank you all for your service during my family’s difficult time.

Mom was there for a week long stay and ended up with a pacemaker. The doctors are god sent and saved her life💕💕 the nursing staff was amazing for the most part (there is always one bad apple in the bunch) but as for the other nurses and ER staff wow I love them they are amazing !!!!

Wonderful, caring staff. Doctors are professional and attentive. I have had three major and two minor surgeries there and I could not have been more pleased with the results. Recommend highly.

I'm at Ascention Bay Medical Center.Hospital..(new).. not to be confused with Bay medical center doctor. The directions take you a little too far.to the Medical Office building..2 floor Building so you have went too far..go back to the Tall..5 floor new Building.. please update because the names are so close but one is a hospital and one is a business or doctor's office

Incredible and caring staff in a challenging and worrisome period. Without the benefits of a personal care provider, the staff stepped in to fill the void. Thank you will never feel adequate.
