Overall good experience and friendly folks throughout the whole process. The water damage in my kitchen was extensive and ended up requiring a solid chunk of demolition.

Dusty, Antwon, Eli Reese and Austin made the process smooth, and were thorough with their work. I'm glad I had their team helping through this, events like this can feel pretty overwhelming.

More than anything I appreciate the level of communication throughout the whole process. Any questions/concerns I had were handled quite quickly.

The team at Servpro is top-notch! I've been fortunate to not have to call them many times but they have always been incredibly responsive and show they truly care through their hard work and dedication to their clients and the community. The level of community involvement and giving back is indicative of their character and integrity. As a lifelong resident of Bay County, I know I can count on the Servpro team to jump into action when called upon.

All I can say is that Dusty and Harley were life savers. We got the unfortunate call on Christmas morning that we had water leaking from the condo above ours. The last thing I wanted to do was have anyone work on Christmas but they made life easy. Dusty was very communicative and was in great spirits eventhough I had them out to our condo on a holiday. They were there within an hour or two and got us set up and cleaned up again. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Dusty Ritchter was great. The company scheduled him to come out the very next day to inspect our roof and for moisture inside the home after an EF3 tornado hit Panama City Beach He was very thorough and kept in communication with me the entire process. Highly recommend this company

They are great. Met Joshua at an event, he told me about Servpro and a couple days later we noticed water damage with potential mold in our house. Joshua was quick to take action and send Anthony to our house. This was also a great experience. Anthony did a thorough job with checking for damage, making us aware about certain things that might be going on. Thanks guys! If you want a dependable company, hire them!

Ryan and C saved the day for us on what was about to be a National Lampoon Christmas Cousin Eddie style. They arrived quickly, helped clean up our house and made us feel safe and comfortable during the most stressful time of the year. They totally went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend.

Top notch service and people. We were hit by the tornado on Tuesday, 1-9-23 and when we were notified our roof was damaged. Called Servpro late that day and they sent someone right out. Dusty tried to get to the house that day and couldn’t bc of road closures. By the next morning he and the recon team were out. By Friday we had the debris removed and the roof secured for the coming storm. Carters that own this branch are great, caring people that treat staff like family

I hired Servpro after a flood due to Hurricane Idalia. I had flood damage in my garage. They responded fast and completed the demo, dry out, and mold mitigation within 3 days of their visit to my home. The crew headed by Adam and included Wyatt, Kevin Dreyer, and Theo Bell did an awesome job! They were on time every day, very professional, and accomplished exactly what was quoted in a very efficient manner. I am thankful that they made this very stressful period as easy as possible to resolve in a very fast manner. I would hire them again in a second. I cannot thank this team enough!

They looked safely dressed and worked well and were very polite when I spoke with them briefly. Not sure of the man's full name, but he did give me a short name of C.
