Adam was so kind and very responsive when I first talked to him on the phone. He answered all my questions and made the process very simple and easy. Adam went above and beyond to over see my progress of the work that was done in the investment property I just bought and made sure to document all the work that was completed by contractors that I’ve hired. He was kind, patience and very timely and took in consideration the choices that I made to remodel my property even if I didn’t have the best contractor, which was very hard to find. He’s flexible, prompt and extremely helpful and I feel so blessed to be able to work with him as my management property that I’ve found through great reviews on google search. I couldn’t make it alone, as a long distance investor out of state, if it wasn’t through Adam’s help. He really checked every thing in the list that needed to be done from an inspection report, and made sure to not miss any item that needed repair. And I really appreciate him for looking out for me & my property, to be able to make it “ rent ready” for the right tenant to move in. It’s so hard to find a good, reliable and honest management property in general, but Adam was the best one from all the previous reviews that I had, that I found. His integrity, hard work and timely response is outstanding and I couldn’t ask for a better, kind and professional management property and broker, as he is. When I’ll be ready to sale my investment property, Adam will be the only one that I’ll trust to sale it for me, as I can already see how great of a job he’s doing with the management part. I’m so grateful to all his extra effort and time that he put there to help me out with all the challenges that I’m going through at this stressful time, and with his attention to detail and incredible help, he made it easier than it could of be. Thanks a lot Adam, from the bottom of my heart for such amazing job and great help that you giving me that I’m so blessed to have found you & can’t thank you enough! We could not have asked for a better agent than Adam Drysdale. We had a full price offer on our house two days after it hit the market - and this was on a much older home that needed LOTS of TLC! He was so helpful and knowledgeable and made this process run smoothly. We will definitely be calling Adam when it's time for our next real estate venture.

Adam and his team were my property manager for 8 years and were outstanding. Very reliable and the property was never vacant for more than a week or two, and they always found good tenants. Even better, when the time came they sold the property for more than I was looking for and within a week of listing. Highly recommend for buying, selling, or property management.

After having been a homeowner for 18 plus years I was concerned about renting. But these guys take care of you and handle any issue with urgency. I can highly recommend them.

FINALLY HAD TO JUST SAY NEVER MIND...WELL THEN HE REPLIED. I WAS FEELING LIKE A TOXIC NEEDY PERSON, AND I DO HAVE VISION AND TRANSPORATION PROBLEMS, SO YES, I NEEDED TO HAVE AN OLD FASHIONED REALTOR THAT WOULD SHOW ME AROUND POST HURRICANE MICHAL TO AREAS OF TOWN I WOULD WANT TO MOVE OR LEASE.

I COULDN'T TAKE THE STRESS OF CONSTANTLY BEING IGNORED AND FORGOTTEN ABOUT.
