I am a week late in writing this review, but I must highly praise your teammate, Dora!! She is a Rock Star!! Not only did she help me transfer to a new phone but while we were on hold with corporate, she multitasked with 2 other customers AND was training Taz!! She was amazing to work with and every business should have a lot of "Doras" working for them!! She was cheerful, fun, informative and competent!! She should be in charge of ALL training! I have had some negative experiences with customer service at this store before, but she erased all those times in one, very fun, visit!! Thanks Dora!!

Candice is a wonderful, very helpful young lady. She took her time with me to show me how to use certain features on my phone. She is very professional and answered all my questions. I will recommend this Metro location to all my friends.

I went in today to set up service. Upon arriving, the service associate informed me that the internet was down and they pretty much couldn't do anything. When I told her that I was there to start new service, she went above and beyond to do what she could for me. She called in my order and had the rep on the line activate the phone for me and everything, which I'm sure was an inconvenience since she's used to just being able to do everything on her own from a computer. Great customer service on her end!

The Samsung Galaxy S5, I switched from Verizon to Metro PCS (in Chicago), worked fine at first. Then (a month later), it couldn't receive or send pictures or get into it's voicemail. Brittany worked diligently for over 30 minutes. She thought the (older) model of phone may have been the issue, but she persisted. It wasn't working perfectly when we left. I may have even been a bit short with her but, she remained calm and amicable. I apologize Brittany if I was short with you, I'm very sorry! I just wanted my mother's phone to work correctly as it did when I first switched over to Metro PCS,(so she would stop complaining). I knew it could function correctly, because it had before. Once we left the store(2min. later), all your hard work paid off! The phone started to work correctly again. Brittany thank you for remaining patient and not giving up. Also, for remaining cheerful and professional! You did an excellent job!!! Thank You So Much!!! I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH BRITTANY'S custoCUS SERVICE skilSK AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! ***BRITTANY*** IS EXCEPTIONAL AT HER JOB!!!

Go to this location! The Lomax location likes lying to you. The Lomax location told me that I couldn't port my number over because it is prepaid-I would have purchase the phone instead. I guess she didn't realize I am very educated with Electronics.

It took Brittany about 1 minute to fix my phone. She is proficient and efficient.
She did this courteously while helping another customer who was shopping.
