Lucas at Lincoln Plaza, Worcester MattressFirm is the BEST. I am deaf, so over the span of the 2 days I came in the store to make my mattress pick and talk over the details, I used my phone to type all my comments, questions, and notes and Lucas was more than willing to use his phone to communicate back to me. He was extremely professional, accommodating, patient, thorough, and respectful to my concerns and what I wanted out of a new bed. Not only that, but he was willing to help me shop for a new headboard on Amazon. Not once did I feel rushed or degraded. I felt totally comfortable asking him any question. I would 100% recommend meeting Lucas at Lincoln Plaza to discuss what you want. Thank you, Lucas. You were amazing! Everyone— go see Lucas!!

There was no pressure to buy but Frank was knowledgeable and willing to explain the differences between materials as we were also discussing another store’s product for a lower price. We ended up completing the purchase with Mattress Firm as they had a great selection and reasonable prices.

I really like Mattress Firm; I bought my queen sized bed from the store in Everett, MA and loved it and the encasement I bought alongside it. I needed a second encasement, but I now live in Worcester, so I called this store to see if they had one available. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and looked up my past purchase to identify the exact product I'd bought, and checked their inventory. When he found they didn't have it, he offered to order it and have it delivered to my home with no delivery fee! The process was extremely simple and quick. Fortunately I don't need a new mattress, but I'd definitely feel comfortable stopping by this location if I needed one.
