Love this McDonald’s. Food is always fresh. Staff is bilingual and conversate amongst themselves respectfully not like, say the one on Lincoln plaza. Orders are put out timely. Thank you 🙏

It's one of the cleaner McDonald's I've been in. It was nice to have good customer service and see the staff doing their jobs well.

Nelson is a wonderful manager, she was kind curtious and professional. This lady definitely deserves a promotion!

Best McDonald's in the city! Wait times are ions better than any other. The staff's friendly and inviting which is again, IONS better than any other. They usually always get the order correct and will fix whatever they rarely get wrong right away. Always clean to.

Placed a mobile order, service was fast. Realized they forgot to include the fries I ordered, went back and got them without any trouble.

This is the best MacDonald in Worcester. The employees are helpful, working relentlessly and full of customers. The location of this place is also ideal as you have plenty of parking spaces and take whichever service you want without hampering others.

This is a great location because 99% of the time my order is correct and the ice cream machine is working!

I don't do fast food with my kids often, and this mcdonalds is walking distance,I've brought them.twice in the 5 years I have lived in this area. Its clean and they serve timely. Not sure what more to say about a fast food joint.

I stopped by this location at 2:30 am to get a Quarter Pounder with cheese meal, with a vanilla shake for my drink. The young women that prepared my food and bill were excellent. Delicious food,very quick to have my order ready, and the food was delicious,

A lot of stuff was unavailable at the time but that's my only issue, most likely fixed now. Great cozy atmosphere, great service, and great food.

Of all the McDonald's in Worcester I've had the best experience with this one. Staff are always very friendly compared to other local fast food places, and they've taken Covid precautions very seriously here. I've had the occasional cold fries or missed item note, but it's only been a handful of times after hundreds of visits over the years. My favorite local McDonald's.

I Love that Every McDonald's restrooms are unlocked for their guests! Is really Frustrating to patronize a business and, they still aren't allowing their patrons to use the bathroom!!! Very understandable during Our pandemic, however, if a patron asks, and is refused, I personally will not ever give them my business! So I wanted to say Thank you so much to the McDonald's Corporation for servicing their patrons the way they do! I travel for my job and no matter where I am, I can ALWAYS count on Great coffee and restrooms! It's the Little things that make a Big difference!!!

I saw them busy but they where taking care every body with smile even taking care store be clean

Had a great bacon quarter pounder with cheese. The fries were hot and fresh. Had my favorite drink, the Hi-C orange drink. I ordered ahead in the app, and the order was ready on arrival.

My husband likes McDonald's, I don't like fat food 😒 but sometimes I eat some things 😅

Very nice staff! Everyone is so friendly and treats you so well! The service is fast! You find parking right away and it’s extremely clean compared to the McDonald’s in main south which is literally the worst one.

Literally never write a review for fast food restaurants but this McDonald’s is the best in the city just ordered a DoorDash from them for the first time and it was hot, neatly packed and quick very good job guys.
