Hazel's Beaver Point Picnic Table

A very nice place for a hike. Not too hard, but still interesting with creeks, bridges, and tons of scenic views. My 5-year old as well as my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time. The few cons are: there were no maps available, and we went in 3 different directions before figuring out where the trail actually started. The second con is that the trail basically starts in someone's backyard (which says it's private property) and you need to stay right up against the side of a river (so as not to cross the property line) in order to start your hike. I thought that was a bit strange. Last, because there were no maps, we didn't know if and when the trail would end..so after walking about 45 minutes, we turned around and walked back. Still had a good time, and I would recommend.

Beautiful walk in the woods today. This well-maintained trail is a gem. Stopped at this lovely picnic table to take some photos and have a snack. Will definitely be returning soon!!

Hazel's Beaver Point picnic table is the first rest area on the Old Farm Trail off Boundary St in Northborough. You'll find it about 10 minutes in, as the trail bends off to the left toward the giant corn field.
