This is my second time purchasing from Rocky’s, and once again, they have exceeded my expectations. I feel completely confident about the car I chose. Not only did they provide a full synthetic oil change, full detailing, and a full tank of gas, but they also took care of all the paperwork, registration, plates, and even the inspection sticker. Unlike many other dealerships, Rocky’s truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I’ve already referred friends and family, and they were all delighted with their purchases too. Rocky’s will always be my first choice for buying a car.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I live in Vermont, and I had a certain budget, and I wanted a stick-shift. I found a used car that was what I was looking for at Rocky's.

Vinny met me, right at closing. He didn't push any other cars on me. He didn't try to rush me even though it was closing time. He had what I requested ready for me to look at it. He did a thorough walk around with me. (Whoever details his cars is brilliant, a master.) He went through everything Rocky's had done since receiving the car. He even worked with me to lower the price. There was zero pressure to buy, or to push a car on me I didn't want. Vinny's sole purpose was to let me determine if it was a car I wanted.

Gene is great with the paperwork. It was, boom-boom-boom. Friendly as well, and with all the red tape, he gives good directions on how to navigate it quickly and in an informed manner.

I had a minor repair matter I needed done, and it was within the time frame of their sales warranty. I drove back down, they had me right in, top of the list, and they had me out in less than 40 minutes.

These are good guys: knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. It was 100% worth the nearly three hour drive. I got the car I wanted, not a high dollar purchase by any means. They treated me like a #1 customer, however, and it made all the difference for me.

I went to several used car dealerships in the area and Rocky's was my last location before I gave up searching for a vehicle. On the budget and needs I had; I was very doubtful and already discouraged from the other experiences. The vehicles were either too expensive or not within my preferences. They helped me to find a used vehicle which was of good quality and within my budget. They were thoughtful enough to hold the vehicle after a partial payment and; also assisted me with completing the paperwork for the title. I immediately found an insurance agent, registered and purchased my vehicle upon return the next week locally in Worcester. I had a wonderful experience with Vinnie and Gene.

I needed to drive over 3 hours in each direction for the vehicle I wanted, and they were completely honest from the beginning. The photos they posted were accurate, and unlike a lot of other dealers they gave information about what really matters. Instead of trying to use light to trick you, the photos they posted were accurate and true to what the vehicle really was. Looking at what they have on their lot makes it obvious that they care about the quality of what they sell.

Vinnie gave me a very good price for my trade-in, and went the extra mile to make sure it all worked out. He answered my calls every single time, and had great advice when I needed it.

It’s also the small details. A full tank of gas, high-quality floormats. My truck had an undercoating that would have cost $500 at a shop, yet was already done without my asking.

I recently bought a 2011 Nissan Murano from Gene and Vinny at Rockys Auto Sales. Previously, I had a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer that had a front differential problem and was NOT safe to drive at all! They took it as a trade when they really didn't have to and shouldn't have (due to the problems with it). But, they did anyhow and immediately brought it to the auction! There's NOT one bad thing I can say about this (Used Car Dealership). Due to Massachusetts State Laws, I only had a 30 day warranty on my vehicle. About 2 weeks after my warranty was up, my check engine light came on. My father in law and my husband went down to Rocky's and explained the issue. Vinny immediately got his diagnostic computer and checked it out. He figured out the issue and had NO problem at all ordering the part and fixing it (At NO-COST to me). They work with there customers! They have an awesome selection of cars, that are clean and ready to sell! They're absolutely amazing and without a doubt and I would highly recommend them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were having trouble buying cars as we are international students and we were constantly looking for good car to buy. We bought Mercedes Benz sedan from Rocky's Auto Sales which was really in good condition with good value for money. We were treated good in the dealership, people there were friendly. Bought a 2001 Mustang convertible today. From the communication prior to arriving all the way through the purchase of the car they were great. They are professional, knowledge and accommodating. I would and will recommend them to anyone looking to by a quality used car for a good deal.

Gene and Vinnie were great. They obviously take pride in what they do and the services they provide. They were easy to talk to and very responsive. I found them to be kind, courteous and above all very professional. The Mercedes I was looking for was on the lot as advertised and actually in better condition than I expected. The few small issues I pointed out to them were rectified without hesitation. Both these gentlemen went out of their way to make my experience there comfortable and favourable. If you are looking for a used vehicle check out Rocky's. I bought a Toyota Corolla from them. Both Vinnie and Gene where pleasant to work with. I did a test drive and it was nice to have the sales man be quite during the ride. What I like best was not feeling pressured which allows one to think through the process. Vinnie was up front offering information on the car I was interested in. And Gene was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend that you check this place out.

Rocky’s Auto sale sold me a really clean, in great condition, good price, Toyota Tacoma. The owner, Vinny, does a great job as the Owner. He made the buying process so easy, and I bought, and took home the truck all within an hour. Fast service, but very well done. They have a great variety of different vehicles. Highly recommend.
