I love my car! I got a Subaru Outback 2010 from here. Not only did they put in extra work to make sure the car was running great but they also did body work for it prior to me buying it for a lot less money than a body shop. Also they helped with the financing and they really were very kind. They went completely above and beyond standard expectations! Great customer service and great experience! Highly recommended!

Just recently purchased a 07 Honda Odyssey from Jen at Park Ave Auto and let me tell you she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond my expectations it started with a little phone chat about separate vehicle and she's so personable and very knowledgeable about cars in general and being able to give you reasonable expectations for your circumstances and able to look to a brighter future down the road but get you in something that is absolutely amazing at the moment! My family and I are ecstatic about our vehicle, it is absolutely amazing to be in a car so quick and from someone who's not just trying to talk you up! Bought a 2007 Nissan frontier a few weeks ago and have had no issues with any part of my experience. Before I bought it I test drove it and checked the truck top to bottom and found the muffler was split. It was replaced before I took the vehicle off the lot. I see a lot of complaints in these reviews and wonder if they are even talking about the same place. Give them a visit and you can even tell them I sent you.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE GUYS! I had gone with a friend to buy a vehicle a few months back. I was so impressed with how they treated her, and how happy she with her vehicle she bought!! So when I was ready for a new truck, I knew where I was headed!! Jen, took care of me and before I knew it, I was driving away with a BEAUTIFUL truck!! So after I bought it, I needed a couple things in order to get a sticker. David and Jen both took such good care of my truck with such quickness too i mite add, that before I knew it I was back on the road again..LEGAL BEAGLE!! I absolutely 💯 recommend these guys to anyone shopping for a vehicle. They are respectful, honest, and do everything as good dealers should! Never did I ever question anything! I just recently bought a car from park Ave and had a really good experience. I am a high school student about to go to college and needed a reliable car with a pretty low budget. Jen was very nice and understanding and gave me a great deal on the car I looked at. She as well kept me fully updated with everything happening and was willing to get the car checked out for me just a few days after I brought it home because there was a small problem with it. Overall I really would recommend park Ave auto if you are looking for a decent car and have a smaller budget

I recently went to park ave auto to just look around and see what was there. My husband and I had bought a vehicle from them 3 years ago and we absolutely loved it and the experience we had there, so when looking for a different vehicle we knew we at least had to go check them out. We went in looking for a specific truck that they didn’t have. The owner offered to search for one if we had the time to wait. Which was awesome for him to even offer that to us. We ended up falling in love with a different truck that they already had there and Jen was awesome! She helped us get a loan on the vehicle we really fell in love with when we didn’t even think we could a loan. Let me tell you, she worked very hard to get us into it!! She kept us updated every step of the way and we felt like we had known her forever. I don’t know that I’d go anywhere else in the future. If you’re into business suits and people just looking to make commission off of your sale, then don’t go here.

I have been conflicted about how I feel about this dealership. However in the end Dave and his staff are good people. They help the best they can. They should get better mechanics to look over their vehicles. But that’s not them. They work very hard to help each and everyone. They help those that don’t think they can get financed to be approved. They help even after the warranty is up. Dave helped me out a few times. So thank you to Dave and his team. I appreciate your help. They are always trying to do better and yes each individual is different with different issues. But they are all reliable. Honest and caring people there. Thanks again and I will be back again.

In March I was looking for a new vehicle, but I wasn’t looking for high car payments. I received a call from Jen and she said she can get me into something. I went down with my documents I needed and got into a 2011 GMC Terrain. Only had one issue and Dave got it taken care of. And I also got into low payments as well!! Extremely affordable and Dave and Jen were the best.

Jen was great and had a lot of patience with all of the questions that come with a first-time car buyer, and went above and beyond for making sure the car was in perfect condition for picking up. She made the process a lot easier and smoother than I thought possible, and everybody there is very friendly.

Great place to buy a car. The owner is very honest and is the kind of used car deale others should strive to be like. I bought a 2004 Jetta that needed a few things and he took care of it with no questions or runaround. Its not like it was a huge money deal either. I will definitely be buying my sons car here in the next few months

I bought my wife's jeep liberty from jen the sales lady who has been in the business for a long time. She is the olny person who sells car's for customers and always is there for us. I have bought other car's from her when she was in Auburn. She is the best at what she does and when nobody else can help you get a loan she can always get it done. Thanks again jen and Park. This is the only place you should buy a used car. These guys are so helpfull and will give you the best price possible on a vehicle and on your trade in. My family has been buying cars there for 20+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
