The Gentlemen at Kleen N’ Hard are top notch. Excellent customer service, great pricing, community oriented, and they’re a family business. This store has everything you need to get your kids started in sports, and then you can trade up to continue playing sports. Or even for the old guys trying to play men’s league! Great guys. They even ordered custom skates for me! Highly recommend!

Mike and team at KnH have great customer service and offer a "Trade and Save Program" that gives you store credit towards your new purchases. I recently bought new LAX helmets and sticks and it saved a lot. It is a great way to "grow" your kids into their sports. The team does a great job at stringing sticks too!
The team working there are customer focused, community orientated, and they really know their stuff! I highly recommend them for all your sporting needs!

I went there to get an ice skate repaired, and they were upfront and honest by informing me that the repair would cost more than my secondhand skates were worth.
They asked if I was interested in buying new or used skates (without ANY sales pressure), and then measured me for a new set of skates. I'm really happy with my purchase and with my shopping experience here!

Just went in to fully outfit 2 eight year olds for hockey and I could not be happier with my experience at Kleen n Hard! Will was SO incredibly patient and helped me in every aspect of this experience. If I could give more stars I would!

We had a great experience getting my daughter fitted for skates. We were able to make an easy trade in and get some of her hockey gear there. Shes only almost 4 so I wasn’t sure if they would have a large selection of gear that small but I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Will be returning each season as she sizes up!

First time buying hockey equipment for our first hockey player. It’s an intimidating experience when you’re not sure what you need or how to select the right size. The staff was amazing. Took the time to help us select pre-owned equipment. Showed us the machine that is used for cleaning and disinfecting pre-owned equipment. Helped us pick the right sizes and patiently sat with my 7 year old grandson showing him how to put everything on and check it. Told us about trading items in as he grows to help defray future costs. Really made what could have been an overwhelming experience, very simple.

There are too many places that I trust my equipment to, this place is the top of my list. My daughter's equipment needed a nice cleaning and Mike and his crew took inventory of the entire bag, washed the bag and separated everything in it. Each priece had its own cleaning bag. I got it back it's called so nice and clean. Excellent service and quick turnaround I don't need to say more. Was an awesome experience!

This is a great store. They have the best skate sharpening in the area and have deals on discounted sticks and used equipment. They are also a Dove Tail Bat dealer. The owner Mike and his staff are great.

This business never disappoints. There is a friendly and knowledgeable staff and I always feel welcome when I stop in. I travel between Massachusetts and out-of-state and had my skates sharpened at Kleen 'n' Hard for the first time. Mike got the edge I needed on my skates perfectly. Additionally I was paid top dollar in store credit for some used equipment. The business is also willing to work with me in purchasing new equipment. This is predominantly a hockey and lacrosse shop, however I did notice one technician working on a baseball glove, and additionally they have an assortment of well-maintained used golf clubs at very reasonable prices. Definitely worth one's while and I recommend visiting, without reservations.

Always very friendly and helpful and have great prices. I was looking for a wood hockey stick for pond hockey and went to some big sporting goods stores and would have had to pay twice as much from the limited selection they had. Walked right into Kleen n' Hard and got exactly what I needed with friendly service. Have also had skates sharpened there with great results. Would recommend to anyone

Truly great shop, a real gem. I trust very few people with my son's and my skate sharpening, and Kleen 'n Hard are one of the very best. Mike and his team offer very personalized service, and are always willing to go the extra mile to assure a good experience when you walk through the door. If you're a hockey player or you have kids that play, this is one of the best shops in the state.

I purchased a mix of used and new hockey equipment for my son. Mike was awesome. Spent a bunch of time with my son to help him get fitted properly and also help him to understand how to get it all on .... Great service and impressive selection / prices.

I went in there with a very limited budget, looking for adult ("senior") ice hockey goalie equipment. I was astonished at their selection of quality used gear, and I was BLOWN AWAY by their attentiveness and customer service. In particular, Mike had endless patience in answering my questions and went wayyyyy above and beyond in assisting me. In the end, I left almost a full set of used gear (everything but a helmet... I'm looking for something odd which they didn't have and which I wouldn't expect them to have) for an excellent price. Well worth the 250-mile round trip for me!

They were fabulous to work with. They gave us a fair price for our used equipment and were able to special order equipment they did not have in stock. They made it really easy to use the store credit we have accumulated for our trade-ins on both used and new equipment.

First time going in there. The staff was awesome, they showed me some different gear for my kid. I ended up buying a lot more than I expected, but with the prices I was able and i'm definitely happy with the service. I'll come back the next season for softball gear

Sometimes you have to wait (really TRY to not go on Saturday mornings!) but always worth it. I swear by the cleaning of Nathan's hockey goalie equipment and whenever we need to find equipment, they are so helpful. (Oh yeah, helped when he played Lacrosse too!) Great folks.
