Stave & Still is a gem, not to be missed! Every dish combines flavors in surprising, delightful ways. The cocktails are the same: The smoked old fashioned was spectacular. This is a family-run business that operates with tremendous heart, care, and attention to detail. It's truly special. Pro tip: Call for your reservation (rather than booking online) — your excellent service will begin with that call.

My husband and I have been anxiously awaiting this restaurant to open in Dudley and it was well worth the wait!
The food was delicious, unique and high quality. The drinks were the same. If you enjoy bourbon then you will not be disappointed—the choices were endless!
Jess and Craig are incredibly insightful and welcoming. It was a wonderful night out and we can’t wait to go back!

The atmosphere is industrial and chic. Love the bourbon vibe. The food and service were excellent.
The owners Craig and Jess chatted with the patrons and are genuinely interested in your experience. Their daughter was our waitress and she was friendly and informative.
The peanut butter cup cheesecake was the best we’ve ever had, it was a new offering made by Jess!

Visited the newly located restaurant in Dudley. The Old Fashioned Bourbon did not disappoint, although next time I will have to try a different cocktail. Both the scallops and steak tips were cooked to perfection. Our server went above and beyond! Will definitely be going back. It is the only upscale restaurant in the area where it wasn't so loud that we could actually have a conversation without yelling at each other. Almost forgot, the homemade peanut butter cheesecake was delicious! Keep up the good work! Wish I had taken some pictures to post...next time :)

Been here several times and drinks are great but the food is even more amazing! The smoked drinks are a must try!! We have been to some of the best steakhouses in the country and the fillet we had tonight as well as the salmon dish are some of the best we’ve ever had! Add to this, the decor and the amazing service, Stave and Still is a true hidden gem.!

A friend mentioned Stave & Still and their creative menu so four of us had dinner on a Saturday evening. We were surprised that Webster had such a smartly decorated restaurant.

Dinner consisted of a wedge salad
with crumbled gorgonzola and gorgonzola cream, perfectly seared diver sea scallops, very tender bourbon cowboy tenderloin tips with tasty loaded mashed, and little piggy slow cooked pork with delicious white cheddar jalapeño mac & cheese and buttermilk biscuits.
Bread pudding for dessert was delicious.

The service was excellent with the owners stopping by our table and answered our questions about the restaurant history and drink origins. Overall Stave & Still was more than a meal, it was fun time with friends in a comfortable setting and well worth the price. They offer a fun selection of cleverly crafted cocktails!

New to the area and gave it a shot. Easily the best food we have had in a long while. Jenna’s service was phenomenal, kind and attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. Then we had Jess’s bread pudding, not a common menu item, and it was the best bread pudding we’ve ever had, good enough for my wife to not only try it but eat her fair share. When we heard the family also runs Whiskey On The Rocks, we went there the next night and had the best carrot cake we’ve ever had. Jess and Craig are friendly and talented in the kitchen. We look forward to celebrating New Years in one of their restaurants, it doesn’t matter which because they are equally beautiful and their food is the best in the area. We can’t wait to go back, both places are worth planning for!!!

A rare find. We found this place by accident and are glad we did. The drinks are creative and amazing and so is the food. I had the Mac & Cheese Flight, Aphrodite's Nightie, and The Queen Mum. I was not disappointed and left more than full. The owners are very social with the customers which is rare these days. I can't wait to visit again.

Our unexpected date night took us not even 5mins from home to a pleasantly surprising lil hole in the wall that I had heard of but never tried. The stave and still on main street in webster. I can be... ok I am, very picky and judgemental about food. This place was an AMAZING little diamond in the rough. The atmosphere was great. The menu, and names were so creative. The service we got from Craig was top notch. The drinks were beautiful and delicious. Our food was gorgeously presented and delicious. My monkfish was perfect with a delectible sauce and the asparagus I could cut with a butter knife but still had a perfect crispness. David's steak was cooked PERFECTLY, so juicy, and that glaze was mouth watering. My jaw literally dropped when they brought out this gigantic piece of carrot cake. They make in house with pecans!! Not walnuts!! I cannot wait to go back and try soo many other things.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I just had to for this place.
This was my husband and I's first time going and I fell in love from the minute we walked in. Its super vibey-the decor is very original. Great atmosphere, clean, and comfortable.
Everyone was super friendly, and our waiter (who I think was the manager and/or owner) was exceptional.
The drinks were great, the food even better. Seriously, get the oysters.
Was a little pricey-but you get what you pay for 100%
Will definitely be back!

Elegant, but down to earth. Jess is beyond amazing. She emanates passion for her craft, and it's emulated throughout the space. The food is to die for, drinks are fantastic, and the space is warm and inviting. This place would serve your every need, be it a wedding, birthday, or an everyday celebration. Stave & Still is the spot for you.

Party of 6 had a great time here tonight!!!! Great waitstaff, chef, and the owners were fantastic to interact with! Great atmosphere, good, and drinks!

Everything was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back. We had Jenna as my server and she was great. I had the Smoked Old Fashioned with the rye. It was amazing and I loved it. I had the Filet with truffle cream bath and lobster and it was perfect and my husband had the same thing but with scallops. The steak was perfectly cooked and I applaud the chef. She even came out and talked to us for a little bit. For dessert, we had the carrot cake and Smoked Old Fashioned Ice Cream. I love this little hidden gem in Webster and I cannot wait to come back.

My husband and I visited Stave & Still this past weekend and all I can say is wow! The bartender Sophia was doing absolutely everything - servicing the tables, making drinks, seating people, and all with the biggest smile I have ever seen. The chef, Jessica, who was apparently also one of the owners was right in there with Sophia helping out all while cooking the most fantastic food we have ever had. And let me tell you it was BUSY!! These two women were the definition of female empowerment and I honestly felt like I got dinner and a show watching the two of them work. Every time Sophia came to our table she was so kind and attentive despite being so busy plus the drinks were phenomenal. I seriously was so blown away! As a service industry member myself I understand how incredibly difficult it is to get staff these days and the fact that these women were making it happen and providing us with a phenomenal experience is just astonishing. Something needs to change for our service industry folks - these small businesses are suffering because no one is there to service people. We all want to go out to dinner and then complain when things take long NEWS FLASH: it’s because NO ONE WANTS TO WORK! Anyway please have kindness the next time you dine out anywhere but I highly recommend checking out Stave & Still. Even if you have to wait it is more than worth it and honestly made for such a relaxing un rushed evening. From one service lady to two others - you’re killing it!!

Loved this restaurant in Webster, but happy to have them in Dudley now with their sister restaurant!!! Always a great cocktail and fabulous vibes - love Jess & Craig!

Love this place! So many creative things on the menu and one of the few places I'll bother ordering a cocktail. Save room for desser... the smoked ice cream is amazing and memorable, though the bread pudding is also great.

Tried out this spot Friday night for the first time. Was extremely impressed. Excellent cocktails. Delicious apps (though they are bigger portions so don’t over order!). One of the best scallop dishes I have ever had for dinner. Finished with a bread pudding that was out of this world. Highly suggest you check them out. Will definitely be going back.

We have been eating at the stave for years and the food and drinks are always amazing!!! The owners Craig and Jess are always so accommodating and make us feel like part of the family.

My boyfriend and I saw this place on Phantom Gourmet and thought we would finally try it. We loved the atmosphere, the food was amazing & Jenna our waitress was awesome and boy can she hustle! The carrot cake looked so good but we were full so maybe next time. We loved the blue crab dip 😋. We would definitely recommend this place and we will be back again 😊

Nice vibe, like the seating areas. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Food was great, will definitely come back.
