Upon myself and my granddaughter's arrival, we were greeted very politely and welcoming by one of the store members. She helped us find a winter snow coat for my granddaughter to ski in that she actually loves!! Thanks.

I rented skis for a day. Customer service was excellent. Very fair prices and the equipment was high quality. I will absolutely use again!

Such a cool shop! The staff was super friendly and very knowledgable about the area. Great place to stop on your way up to Tahoe!

Very helpful staff, ryan went out of his way to get us the right shoe laces on some shoes we bought a few weeks before. This is a great local shop! Tons of good quality gear too!

Blues zone sports is a medium large store that focuses on a number of different outside activities and sports. Bicycles are big ski related items, camping, athletic shoes and boots and more. It is the only sports store in Carson City that you can get help with bicycles on a Sunday or a Monday. I visited on a Sunday needing a valve stem converter from a Schrader to a Presta to get air back in the rear tire of my literally brand new bicycle. A buck a piece, what a deal! Looking at outdoor, foldable chairs. Sorry if you're in need of sports items or you just like window shopping, make a trip to Blue zone sports!

This is hands down my favorite spot in Carson City. Everything that they sell is top quality and sometimes the deals are downright incredible. Then there's the staff. Some of the coolest people you will ever meet. I had them work on my daughter's bike, and even though I was all about another shop, I will probably only ever go here again. This is a place that I really feel good about spending my money at.

We showed up 20 minutes before closing to rent the family skis for a weekend on the slopes. We had been stuck in traffic for hours prior and were pretty worn out. The staff was so gracious. The whole team jumped in to accommodate us and did it with smiles. True “service hearts”. At one point, I made a comment that the boots were fine and I just wanted to go quickly so they could close. The young guy didn’t hesitate to ease my worries and tell me he wanted to fit us properly and it takes time. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Will give them all of my business for snow needs in the future.

Love this store. If you need your ski boots worked on Brent at this shop in Carson City is the man to see. I have really narrow feet ankles and shins. He redid my new liners to thicken the front tongue. Genius. He also fixed my friends new boots for a hot spot he had on his left boot.
The store also has great sales. Check them out for skis, boots snowboards and boots, bikes, hiking boots sneakers all manner of sports equipment and clothes

Amazing full service sporting goods store. We went in for a busted snow boot and Brent was so amazing at helping us out. Even though he didn't have the exact part, he fixed it for us at no cost!! No doubt he's an Olympic level snow boot expert! The rest of the staff was super friendly too!

Had an issue with my board and they were amazing!! Kind, courteous, found a solution to my issue. Thank you Shawn and Johnna. Top notch customer service. I will be coming back for all of my ski/snow goods from now on! And sending people your way... just awesome

This is a first rate sports store! Their selection was very large of ski equipment, clothes, snow boots and snowshoes. I am sure they are equally well equipped for summer sports too. Jeff was particularly helpful and knowledgeable although everyone there was very friendly. We found everything we needed and then some!

This is a great bike shop. I drove down to Carson City and rode Ash Canyon and got a flat while descending. Rode out because I had Cush core core insert in. This place is open until 6 on Sunday’s and they do it all. I went in to purchase a tire and they installed it in with my Cush core which is not easy. Don was my mechanic and he was super cool and really helped me. These guys worked so hard and barley charged me anything and went above and beyond. They even trusted me to go out to my car without paying to put my bike away. I saw some really nice bikes in the shop as well. Man they saved me. Thanks Don I will come in and do some shopping here for sure.

Needed an extra paddle board paddle for my friends to use, it was my first time in the store. They were receiving their spring shipment of paddle board gear, so it was a little inconvenient for them to dig through boxes and grab a variety of paddles on a very high shelf to show me. They were very happy to help me and I left a very satisfied customer!! I highly recommend them for all of your Tahoe adventures, the very best part of my shopping experience was getting to love on Solstice, their 4 month old adorable pup! I'll definitely be back!! Maddox helped me purchase a whole new set of skis, bindings and boots. I have been putting off buying new gear for years because I had no idea what to buy. Maddox helped me pick out amazing skis that have been a game changer for me. I would have been completely lost but he asked a ton of questions about what kind of skier I am, the terrain I like to ski, the issues I have with my current gear and so on. So happy to have had great help!

Had reason to stop into the store the other day, wow they have a lot of stuff. Needed some new hiking shoes and Mike, the store manager was extremely helpful as I tried on several different styles and brands. Finally settled on another pair of Merrill's (my go to brand). Store is worth checking out as they seem to have a very wide selection of products. Prices seem competitive as well.

Had a great experience with everyone at BlueZone Sports (Carson City) but especially with Phil, who works at the bike section of the store. He went out of his way to make sure I got the best bike fit, bike, and accessories to fit my needs, at a price I could afford. He answered all my questions, too. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Great atmosphere, friendly employees, and a couple of great sales going on, happened to be exactly what we needed was on sale. Bike selection is large for the area but a little dull for my taste. Cannondale mostly. REI selection and quality without the snobbery. I'll be back for sure.

Great customer support, we just bought a new pair of skis, poles, goggles, etc and their staff was outstanding! Great service and excellent prices, they will be our first choice for future ski related items. Thank you!

I did a bike tour this summer and made a pit stop here. The managers and staff couldn’t have been nicer. Let me shower and got me set for the last leg of my adventure. Thanks a bunch to their hospitality.
