Lowe's Home Improvement

The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of Michael that was working in the paint department today. He has excellent customer service skill, he is completely knowledgeable of the products in the store and he went above and beyond today. Customer service and curbside is completely lacking. They stand there and let the phone ring. Order pickers need a manager to check their work after each order has been picked. After curbside and going back to the store twice, Michael from the paint department got my curbside order correct. Took 3 1/2 hours. Complete waste of my time. Do better guys!!

To make a very long story short, I had an issue with my order of patio chairs. Two days after I paid for them (needed to be assembled) I received a call stating they were out of stock. I went to the store today to be sure I got a refund. Ali listened to me, checked her stock and apologized because they were indeed gone. As it turned out, Hannah (a brand new associate) had put them aside for assembling. Ali is transferring to another Lowe’s and will be missed. I am now a very happy Lowe’s customer!

Bruce in the cabinet department is an amazing person he’s very knowledgeable on what his doing, I give him the measurements for my kitchen which was very difficult and challenging but he was able to feet the cabinets that the store has in the store which is difficult to work with the measurements I give, anyway he’s an outstanding employee hope the manager or the store really appreciate he’s hard work and ethics

The lady that works at the Pro Counter is amazing! I got discounts by signing up my company with a program that was free, and I got a $50 gift card in the mail for my purchase. She personally walked with me through the store, as if I had a personal shopper, and helped me complete my list while the forklift operator went to get the heavy stuff and load my truck!

Most helpful staff I have ever seen at any Lowes. Michael Synsteline went over and above to answer all our questions and show us products that met our needs. Awesome Lowes location.

Went there for hose repair products but stopped in the lawn mower section and a very helpful employee told me all about the mowers and which one he owns. Great customer service. I'll be back! Ha.

We went in to get hardware for our cabinets.
They only had a few in stock. They contacted their store in Reno and had them hold the remainder of the products needed until I could get there. This shows the extra effort Lowe:s will go to for their customers.

Everything is where it should be, so online searching correlated to the store location really well. Selection is great here in Carson compared to others, plenty of specialist tools.

Great customer service in person. Over the phone not so much. One of the store managers Nate helped me to resolve an issue I was having with my washer and dryer. The girls at the customer service counter were great as well. I highly recommend visiting the store in person rather than getting frustrated with over the phone customer support. Thanks Lowe’s!

I live around the corner from this store so I frequent a lot. Maybe it's new management, I don't know, but the last few times I've been in the service has been terrific. Specifically, Mike in Flooring has been super helpful & kind, he deserves recognition. But the entire staff has been extremely available & attentive. Whatever, keep it up Lowes, it's a pleasure to shop here. How refreshing.

Spring is approaching and an anticipated full Bloom with lots of enjoyment preparing for the outdoor months. Another great Lowes Home improvement store. Of the local chains in this community, Lowe's has the most square footage, so the most variety and selection of items. You can depend on their quality service and knowledgeable staff. My go to for home improvement projects.

I like the Lowe's in Carson City. It is well-stocked and Staff there are helpful when you're unsure about a product you need. Natasha was great at the checkout register assisting with my Veteran's discount. I found it easier to navigate and less hectic than the Reno store.

I love this store because they truly are pet friendly and the people are so nice. There are no fake service animals here! I love to bring my poochie here for people work and to get out of the smoke and heat and they are always so nice to us. It’s such a pleasure every time I come here. Oh yeah, they’ve got great plants too!

Remodeling the bathroom this winter. LOWE'S has it. Pick it and save it till construction begins. lol 😆 🤣

Everytime that I go to Lowe's I always find what I need. The store is clean, planos are up to date, shelves are stocked, store is organized, signage is amazing. However want to know the best part. I always get asked by an employee maybe help you or help you find something. This store Rocks!

What a great experience! We go to the other guys often because they are closer to home. But comparing the customer service of the two, the care of the products and the quality... I think we will be driving all the way across town from now on.
