Martin Marietta - Walstrum Quarry

We've been buying rock from PIT 6 for almost a decade now. They are by far the best pit to deal with around Denver. All of the employees are super nice and professional.

I wish they would remove more mountains along the I-70 mountain corridor. That highway needs to be widened anyways.

Good group of guys that work out there! With all the traffic they have to keep strait and moving every day. I have sent trucks in there for years and not one complaint from drivers! So freaking cool, I don't get to see qurrys this scale in the Midwest. I can't see the train track from the road though, missed opertunity. Man made infrastructure is a marvel to behold!!

AFS runs a great business and employs great people. I run a small excavation company and they are my favorite vendor to deal with.

Rock products are necessary for untold number of things, and I'm glad they provide them at a decent price.

The complaints from non customers are tone deaf and unintelligent.

For those lamenting a mountain going away,… there’s more where that came from and Denver will likely be covering the remaining mountains with ugly houses anyway.

They have been removing rock since 1982 in order to give gravel to Denver and the great state of Colorado. A great use of rock to help build a better future for thousands.

everybody complaining about how they are taking down the mountain and its an eyesore on their ski trip.. you know cause their ski trails and lifts and hotels are natural.

Scale on CH15 loaders on CH17 Scale operator is always helpful. Park across the street if you need a restroom or need info from the scale.

Evan Auer, that disgusting sight is the reason you can drive up to the mountains. If you don't already know. the rock that they use for road base under the roads, on which you drive, come from rock quarries like that. Please refrain from putting your ignorance on full display.
