Highly recommended, the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. At reservation the service member understood that because my son has special needs we needed a ground level room. We keep others in mind and it was nice to know they did their best for the customers. The room we stayed in had a king size bed with living room, and porch. All for a great price and a little extras privacy.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Yosemite NP. The free breakfast was great. There was coin operated washer and dryer to do laundry. We were satisfied with the quality offered for the price paid. Mariposa, although a bit touristy was a nice little town with plenty of great restaurants and the motel was within walking distance to them.

Loved our stay at this place, the free breakfast buffet was dope! Make you ready to adventure for a full day at the Yosemite National Park, Sugar Pine Railroad company and learn how to hand pan and find gold from the river from Mr. Mc Nuggets at the same place! Recommend for the whole family for a fun day! Also that was awesome meeting a fellow #Bahai owned Inn and dedicated lobby, totally by chance!🙌🙌🙌👍🥰🤗🤗🤗

Exactly what we were looking for. It was a good price, given the prices of other hotels near Yosemite. It was clean, quiet, had ample parking, staff were pleasant and to top it off the breakfast was very good. There were eggs, sausage, fresh waffles, fruit, yogurt, juice, cereal etc... The food kept coming, was warm and freshly made. I would definitely go back. I also really liked that in the bathroom, they had a reminder of items you could ask for if you forgot your at home like toothbrush, shower cap, razor etc... Very thoughtful.

About 45mins from Yosemite valley. Good rooms and clean sheets.

The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. It's location is great, there are several good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The recommendations we were given for restaurants were great. I would definitely stay here again.

I really loved my stay there. The family who own the business are very kind and friendly as well as the staff. They will make your stay fun. The rooms are very clean and they have a nice breakfast. We even saw deer walking near the hotel.

Fantastic place to stay. We actually ended up in the handicapped suite, the room was spacious, with all of the amenities of a regular suite. They offered a continental breakfast that was great, cereal, breads, and a waffle maker as well. We ordered Pizza in town at the Pizza Factory just down the road. Wish we had more time, to visit the shops in this small quaint town.

We've been staying at bargain hotels all around California this past week on vacation and this place has been our favorite. The town is amazing, it's as close as you can get to yosemite. And the two employees we've talked to, especially the bearded man at the office, were cheerful and so helpful telling us about the town and history. Stayed two nights in town, wish it was more!

Great breakfast, great shower, mediocre bed. Very clean. The breakfast was wonderful and substantive. You can't get into the Jacuzzi if you've had diarrhea within 14 days (inside joke for those who make it there)

I was surprised with how clean the rooms were. I have nothing negative to say. I usually always try to something wrong with hotel rooms but I was impressed.

The breakfast was good. Muffins, cereals, waffles, eggs, sausage patties, coffee, yogurt etc. lots of variety.

Also, the drive to Yosemite was maybe 45mins away.

What a place! We booked a room with two queen beds. The motel was your standard two buildings but also had two small houses on a hill. We were given keys to one of the houses. We entered a nice sun room overlooking the pool. The sun room led to a large living room. Our room was off the living room. We opened the door and were surprised to see two rooms attached, each with their own queen bed and bathroom.. The owners explained the rooms were so small they decided to just book them as one. Don't know what the rooms in the regular buildings were like but we felt like we were at home. Absolutely loved it! Good breakfast too. When booking we thought it a bit pricey but changed our minds when we saw what we got and what other rooms in the area were going for.

Excellent for a budget hotel...

This is one of a handful of "Gateway to Yosemite" hotels in Mariposa. Set on the hillside to the east of town, its location is quiet, which is just the way I like it. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and exceedingly informative about the town and Yosemite, when questioned.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast is one of the better ones I've encountered in this kind of hotel.

Full marks...

My family stopped here late at night on our way to Yosemite and got a great deal on a detached, cabin like suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a pullout sofa. The clerk was really nice and I really have no complaints. Would recommend!

Standard rooms but kinda old. It's clean nonetheless and there's nothing I can complain about. Quite close to a couple of really good food places. Gets the job done for an overnight stay as long as you don't intend to stay in the room (which you presumably won't, given it's proximity to Yosemite)

Best place ever. I left my wedding rings and the cleaning staff (Ms Flores) found them and held them for me. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Not only are the rooms clean and the beds comfortable, but the honesty of the staff makes this place a must stay. Thank you so much!

The staff were super helpful!! We had rented an air bnb but something had come up and we were unable to stay there, but the staff here were super accommodating and was able to get us room ready very last minute! I’m so grateful to everyone that helped us during that very stressful night! Thank you so much!!

We weren't expecting much from this place, but the staff was great. Breakfast had a ton of options. The pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing and the room was nice. The hotel was walking distance from the adorable shops and restaurants of Mariposa.

Didn’t expect much for the price, but it exceeded our expectations! Don’t be fooled by the 80s look ... the room was impeccably clean, the bed was clean and comfy, and the continental breakfast was good because it was freshly made. Would definitely stay again

Friendly service, clean room, nice pool and hot tub area by laundry. Relaxing and quiet with many restaurants and amenities nearby in old western styled downtown zone right outside Yosemite. Highly recommend!
