Chick-fil-A

Wanted to give a huge thank you to this Chick-fil-A team for going above and beyond for my mother. She is a bus driver and we had stopped there for breakfast on 11/30 for a field trip. Management had written a thank you note along with a gift card and a cookie. This was my mom's first time at Chick-fil-A and she was blown away by the kindness. Thank you again for showing your support to bus drivers.

The line moved quickly and efficiently, everyone seemed in good spirits and was polite. The food was exactly how it should be but what made it exceptional is the young man’s noticed my dog in the car and said can he have a pup cup? I was so excited, my dog loves pup cups but I never know that was something I could request for him!

Chick-fil-A customer service is unmatched. I went through the drive-thru on December 11, 2023, at 10:58 am. I parked at Kohl’s to eat in my car. The Chick-fil-A employee RAN to the Kohl’s parking lot to give me my card. I didn’t get her name, but she deserves a raise.

Since adopting the use of the Chick-fil-A app and a couple of hiccups in service early on after COVID lock downs our local store has really got in the game. Service is excellent, the food has always been to an acceptable high standard.
There is one major flaw with the app and that is if you have a chore to do and you drive close by their restaurants your order could be prepared and waiting well before you are ready to pick it up. This happened once, so now I place my order once the chores are done and I am ready to pick up.

Went there with my family and had a great time. Delicious food and my kid loved the playground they have. Lastly, the best staff is very friendly and respectful.

Delicious food and service as always. This place has a small indoor playground for the kids. It was small but the kids seemed to like it. It did smell a bit dank on there, limited ventilation I think. My kid wants to come back.

Always fast & friendly service. Food is always hot & fresh. If there's ever a mistake it's corrected without complaint. Update: t they never fail to provide great service & food. 👏

I recently completed a catering order. The food was good. The service was 10 stars! The manager was a real problem solver and so nice. I will definitely be going back!

Food and service are great. I don't understand why you can't see a menu before you get to the first person asking you to take your order. Not all of us have your menu memorized.

Chick-fil-A 99/100 is going to do the job right, Efficient and the food is going to be good, Great! I'm an Atlanta native and with that said, we have a lot of Hometown companies, but I believe anyone would tell you that Chick-fil-A is one of our best.

Top-notch best fast food ever. Absolutely loved it. The Chick-fil-A sauce is the best. If you have never been you must go.

Absolutely amazing! They didn’t have lettuce for my wrap today but they informed me in the drive through line and were more than happy to replace it with a 12 piece chicken nugget order. And they refunded me for the wrap, gave me the nuggets for free, and some mini sandwiches (not sure what they’re called) even when I offered to pay they said it was free. Stellar customer service and I am thoroughly impressed! Thank you!

Always a great sandwich! Got the peppermint milk shake, delicious but a little pricey!

They bring your food to you suprisingly because there really busy but really good food and I can take my kid in the play place
