The UPS Store is deserving of a five-star rating in my book. The staff consistently provides excellent service with a friendly and helpful attitude. The efficiency and organization here ensure that shipping and postal transactions are handled promptly. The facility is well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for customers. Whether it's sending mail or handling other postal / shipping needs, the UPS store stands out for its reliability and customer-centric approach. I worked with the manager Nathan in shipping a valuable item internationally to Thailand. He was especially helpful and understood that importance of successful delivery. He called his support to make sure we weren't missing. He spent time making sure all details were entered correctly. He even gave me his e-mail for any concerns during the shipment. There was an issue with the countries customs, so I e-mailed him for help. He was responsive and worked on his end to clear up any issues. Would recommend this UPS store!!! Thanks again Nathan!!!

I have been using this UPS store for the last two years ever since I moved to Milford. Every time I go in there I’m only in there for three minutes max the employees are very friendly and kind and always willing to help. They are very efficient getting customers taken care of and out the door. Nathan has gone above and beyond for me several times to help me figure some things out during some very challenging times of my life. I appreciate that more than you’ll ever now thank you Nathan and thank you to all the other employees that work at the Milfor UPS store. You guys are awesome!

I don’t remember her name, but the lady who is a notary is the sweetest thing and she has awesome purple hair! They are always so helpful at this location and super friendly too!

I don't know what the guys name was that was working February 4 around noon, but he gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Really went above and beyond to help me out. So shout out to you ups dude. Keep it up, for everyone else I highly recommend this place.

I was asked to drop off two returns for a relative. One UPS and one a competitor. I mistakenly carried the competitor’s package into this UPS Store. The young man behind the counter couldn’t have been kinder or more patient. He started to tell me where I could take it, but I explained I still had a package in the car for them. Once I carried the correct package in, he had me speedily on my way. Highly recommend!

the girl that works here is not very nice, edited to add. yes the brown haired girl that i think is a manager is not nice at all and does not give a vibe that she wants to help you there

Nathan at the Milford, OHIO store has been amazing. The store was able to rush a large poster for my daughters wedding, assisted with much ease as a notary after my mom's passing & they have always been very pleasant with amazon returns! They all go out of their way to be pleasant to everyone, even when short staffed! I ALWAYS go this UPS store, even though there is a closer one to my home. It is always worth the extra drive for the very best service! Thank you Nathan and staff

NATHAN was excellent. He went above customer service to help with a large return. He came out to my car twice and carried it in. The package was 90 pounds. UPS is extremely fortunate to have such a dedicated employee who goes the extra step for you. Take your packages to the Milford store.

As an employee of a ups store in another state with the same rules. THE PRICE YOU PAY ONLINE WILL ALWAYS BE DIFFERENT IN THE STORE VERSUS ONLINE. Also OUR MEASUREMENTS ARE WHAT WE MEASURE ON OUR TAPE MEASURE! Not WHAT YOU SAW ONLINE! Regardless of what you measured if we measure it and it says something different than your shipping label you will be charged by ups. NOT US! Again that’s ups. We are the ups store. Key word store! Not ups facility! We have no control over what you are charged unless you swipe a card or give us cash IN OUR STORE! Also you don’t get charge for Amazon returns unless you have to print out a shipping label and buy a box. Most people don’t read instructions correctly and come to the store with a label in the box and expecting us to pack it up for them and that’s not how it works. Learn how to read directions guys. Its very simple. People make things hard on themselves.

Very quick and easy transactions! The customer service guy, really wish I remembered his name, was really helpful with my cable box return; he actually went above and beyond what he had to do since Spectrum was the one who made the mess up with the return label.
