I'll drive hours to my favorite GameStop to get the Customer Service experience that everyone should deserve. This is how all companies should be. Attentive and helpful and understanding the customer needs. Great job to all that work there.

I feel like the manager their, his name is Adam was really helpful. He helped me save some money and helped me shop for the game stuff. I really appreciated that and I hope he gets a raise.

Going to GameStop to spend some birthday money is a wonderful tradition with my grandson. The staff is great at pointing us in the right direction, they are always friendly and they really know their stuff. Milford -Miami township store is the best.

This gamestop is always clean. The employees are always friendly. They have a decent inventory of games and merchandise. My family shops here consistently because they typically have the items/games in stock. We've ordered online for pickup here before and it was a fast and quick response/pick up.

Well stocked with a big variety of used games. Employees are great! They are patient with and helpful to my 10 yo son (he's been shopping there for several years) whether he know exactly what he wants or has no clue and is looking for suggestions. They are totally cool and nice while ringing him up and waiting while he figures out the money to give (usually many small bills saved up).

Short little dark haired girl kept talking about persona and now I got it and am hooked. I feel like i owed her something so here's five stars for her being awesome! Great crew here

Staff was very willing to help me with any questions I had. I talked to Phillip who let me know the game I was looking for was at another store. He called the other store and asked them to hold it for me. I browsed around and found two other games that I preceded to purchase along with an Upgraded Rewards Card and he took the time to inform me about upcoming changes to the Rewards Card Subscription Service. I am overall overjoyed with the experience I had at this location.

Great selection of new and used games, consoles, accessories, and many other things game related. They also have some used phones tablets as well. If I buy used I get their extended warranty on things and it's just as good as new warranty. How can you go wrong and save money as well.

Please don’t listen to the one star “Parasyke” comment. Parasyke is known to bully others, including the individual she mentioned. Logan is a great person at this location! Very helpful in finding games that I like, in genres that I like.

Its the Only place to really buy games. Super fun merch. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The staff here is really great and have always been very patient and kind working with us to find something cool and great, and are always telling us about secret gems we wouldn't have picked for ourselves. A year or so ago one of the sales people suggested the Brave game to my nephew for the Wii and he laughed and thought the guy was crazy but we got it anyway and it has been his favorite game for a couple years now. He still breaks out the Wii just to play this sometimes, and if he makes a new friend he has to show them the graphics (they are excellent)!

Not rating this place on the company's policies but on the staff at this location. Great people to work with when you're not sure what to buy. I'm happy to give them my money.

The gentleman working was very helpful and very informative. He helped me figure out what I needed to buy and was very respectful. I highly recommend this place.

We went in tonight to buy one game and walked out with an entire new console that we are very excited about. Jacob helped us out. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and he made me feel like I was getting the best possible deal! Jacob, you rock!

My son is a huge gamer. We really love going here and we spend way too much time looking at everything and talking with the staff about the different games. It is easy to lose track of time, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Lol

The manager is so great several times he took my word about returns when i was a few days over my son is 11 loves this store he spends all his money here. Gift cards are great for boys or men.

Service is great and the employees are fantastic; always helpful and fun to talk to. If they don't have something in stock they work with you to see when it's available next or if nearby stores have it instead.

Nice staff. They are always giving me the scoop on upcoming games and helping me with my long list of pre-orders. They have an awesome return policy on used games and the guys (and girls) there are very friendly.

Always taken care of and treated super well never too pushy and always honest bout things even if it cost them a sale there's been some change in management but it's been a smooth transition over for them and the staff is still just as great
