Mohican Resort Motel

Stayed for a couple days and was very impressed. You can't beat the value for the area especially when you include the continental breakfast. The location is close to everything and convenient. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was spacious. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was great! The staff was supper friendly and kind. They provided daily continental breakfast with plenty of options. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Loved the Pool/Hot tub area and the game/workout room was a lot of fun with the pool table being such a great spot to hang out with family. Great location, close to restaurants and outlets. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay here again. I would deft recommend to my friends and family.

Was so thankful for the accommodations staff made for us as we had a show we were attending that made us arrive late. They had some staffing issues so I panicked pulling into a dark office but they were already prepared . There was a nice note on the door giving me information on who to call, Patrick answered and was so helpful and friendly and apologized numerous times despite the fact that there was no real inconvenience for me. The room was so clean, the basic 2 double bed room is huge and really two bedrooms allowing for privacy amongst guests. The bathroom was very clear and amazing water pressure as well. One room has a slider where you can see an amazing view, back and front seating places for guests . I have nothing but great things to say, DO NOT ALLOW THE WORD MOTEL TO THROW YOU. This is nicer than any ‘hotel’ I’ve stayed at!

Stayed here last weekend with several family members for a wedding (5 rooms altogether). We were all very impressed!! Very clean, plenty of towels, And a number of options for breakfast, which they kept out later then stated on the website, Which was nice since we all slept in. The women at the front desk, Denise and April, were very helpful in coordinating our rooms together and taking our final payments over the phone so we didn't have to leave the party to check in. Would definitely stay again.

The place is under new owners and under new management and staff. It needs some updating but the location is great , out of town to do some much needed relaxing but close enough to go have fun . Cleaning staff is awesome , Daniela took great care of us for our 3 night 4 day Vaca . Patrick the manager is very nice and is hands on , he makes sure your enjoying your stay . Pool was great , charcoal grills , fire pit , basketball court and even a gazebo. Game room was fun fed the jukebox just about every tune you can think of . We will be going back

My wife and went jet skiing on Lake George for a couple of days. We wanted a motel within five minutes from the lake. Understandably we want a clean room, comfortable bed and good service at motels. The Mohican provided all. Friendly staff, clean everywhere and reasonably priced. Included continental breakfast. I Highly recommended the Mohican.

My family has been going to Lake George for a few years now and The Mohican is definitely our favorite Motel. We just got back from a 4 night stay and everything was wonderful. Great friendly staff, Clean Rooms, and two pools to choose from. We booked our trip for next year as we were checking out.

I love this place, have been here a few times and every time I’m so happy with their service and how attentive they are with your needs. Rooms are big. Moreover, the rooms are super clean and well designed. The pool area is super nice and also clean. They also have breakfast, cant get any better? Well yes, the manager is super nice and attentive with guests. My car broke down and the manager offer me a free tow service from he’s personal AAA account. This place really treats people like family. The location is super convenient too because you are close to the outlets stores and the center of lake George. Thank you so much Mohican motel.

Clean room and great staff. Can’t beat the location! Close to downtown and great escape along with shopping. Great for families! Will recommend to our Grandson basketball team for travel. Kid friendly and 2 pools. We wouldn’t stay any other place! Been staying here for 30 years. New owners are great and accommodating like the previous owners. Dont hesitate to book your stay here. SIMPLY THE BEST!

I couldn't possibly give the Mohican less than 5 stars. This hotel is like a tradition as we visit every year. This time we couldnt stay long unfortunately but visiting still felt like home. We actually started staying at Mohican when my girls ( 15 and 14 now) were little and the hotel had a kiddy pool next to regular pool. We do miss outside jacuzzi..the water in outside pool pretty darn cold but stay still great. Family business so staff super sweet. Indoor pool nice and warm and jacuzzi inside did wonders for aching joints. As always ...despite short stay..met a nice, down to earth family.

Great staff. They were very accommodating and stored my motorcycle in their staff garage to keep it out of the rain. I very much welcomed this after riding many hours in the rain. Room was clean. Great location if you want to shop or go to lake George.

Stayed there before a few years ago. Wish I had bought my bathing suit. 2 great pools and a jacuzzi. Very nice staff, rooms and free breakfast.

My fiancé and I planned a destination wedding for Lake George and selected Mohican Resort Motel for our guests to stay. The staff of Mohican went above and beyond to accommodate about 70 of my guests over the course of a few days. The staff was quick to respond to any inquiries or requests and also helped us to organize a celebration for after the wedding right at their resort. Every detail was better than I could have ever expected. I am so thankful for their help and definitely recommend them to everyone. THANK YOU MOHICAN RESORT MOTEL!!!

This Motel was terrific . The employees were all nice as could be and helpful. The room was huge and extremely clean. It was like a mini apartment. It has 2 queen size beds and even the couch turns into a pullout bed . We had 5 people . 3 adults, a child and a toddler and had more then enough room. The refrigerator is a big standard house refrigerator and same with the stove . It only had one TV which is in the living room and it would of been nice to have a TV in the bedroom also but it's not that big of a deal.

They also have an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. The outdoor pool it was Ŕrrrrrrtoo cold to go into but the indoor pool was great and also had a jacuzzi which was amazing and felt great. I sat in the hottub from 9pm till closing and it was great .

The only negatives I would say is the continental breakfast wasn't that good . It be nice if they had a few more options . The 2nd is I would add a light to the living room area of the hotel because its very dark especially late at night or early in the morning.

Also good to know .it's 2 mins away from the outlets and 2 min away from a really good restaurant that the name is escaping me at the moment . But the food was great and it was in the next plaza over.

But overall I will definitely be back .

Very nice motel with huge rooms, amazing living room and kitchen. Daily morning cleaning and fresh towels are done by the maid who is very nice. When checking in the people at the office were also extremely polite to me and my friends, we were walk ins, and they were able to get us accommodated to an available room quick. The only downside is the WiFi is a bit slow but honestly that wasn’t much of a downside for us since we were only at the hotel for early mornings and nights.

Decided last minute to stay in Lake George for the night. Called to see if they had any availability, Patrick at the front desk got us a room and got us in early. Everything was very clean. Staff was amazing! Mohican Motel is definitely a new favorite!

Great place to stay. There's an outdoor and indoor pool. The rooms are very clean. It's within walking distance of the outlets, it's less than a 5 minute walk. It's less than a 10 minute drive to the village. I've stayed in Lake George numerous times and this is one of the best places I've stayed.

Loved this motel it was clean close to everything and charming. This is a family run motel and the accommodations are great there is an indoor pool a hot tub and even a laundry mat. Great local family run business to support next time anyone is in there area and needs a place to stay.

Super friendly people. Clean room. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Indoor and outdoor pool plus outdoor spa. It would be nice if the room had a coffee maker so we didn't need to go to the lobby for coffee.
