The pharmacist Corey is very accomidating, informative, and caring. He is always going out of his way to accommodate my prescriptions. Always am great full for being compassionate and going out of his way to answer any questions and keep open communication if a medication is not available.

This may be the best pharmacy in the world. I can't be sure, having only tried half a dozen or so pharmacies in my lifetime, but it does seem likely.

When a local chain pharmacy could no longer obtain my prescription that I need and their supplier did not carry it, I reached out to Refresh. He was not limited in ordering drugs from one supplier but could obtain my prescription from another supplier. He also phoned my physician and had my script changed from 30 day to 90 day supply so I did not have to drive to Camillus once a month. He was extremely helpful.

My mom had an appointment for a covid test yesterday and when she showed up was told that the pharmacist hadn’t showed up for work and wasn’t answering the phone. No call to let her know, nothing. So she’s home suffering with her fever and chills and had to find somewhere else to be tested. Thanks but no thanks.

Open and close when they feel like it, they do not go by the posted hours, can't pick up script
