Don't be blinded by the seemingly genuine salesmen and women, that act only holds up so far.

I recently purchased a vape pen from Imagine That, which was personally recommended by one of the staff, only to realize that the product was faulty from the start – the battery didn't hold any charge. I called the Novelty Shop and they refused to switch the faulty pen with another.

They staff seem like they care, but that charade will end as soon as you have a problem.

Persuasive staff sold me a product that I wasn’t sure I even wanted and it ended up not working. beware they where increasingly nice until they have your money then you are on your own
