Best old-fashioned in town. Small town feel great craft cocktails. I always use the food lovers app to get a deal every month.

Great little spot for cocktails and wine. I would 110% recommend trying their Mule if you’re a true lover as they make their own ginger beer (VERY gingery/spicy)

Was there on a Tuesday night. Not busy at all. Atmosphere is fantastic. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly and efficient. They have a great selection of mixed drinks. Decent beer selection. I am guessing this place is "wall to wall" on weekends.

Tyler and crew make some of the best cocktails anywhere! I am super picky about classic cocktails and inkwell nails it every time. I drink a LOT of old fashioneds and they have the best in town AND it’s on their happy hour. What a steal! This whole strip with the simple man, etc is a great way to entertain the mainly men and discerning female drinkers in your life.

I love this place. The drinks were absolutely amazing, and the service was out of this world. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Absolutely one of the coolest vibes in Omaha. GREAT place for that quiet cocktail in the 4-7 PM timeframe. And what they do with seasonality to half of their menu options is flat out first class.

Tiny and intimate bar. We were looking for a place to enjoy a drink and be able to hear each other talk. Excellent alcohol selection. Loved the little things like the wall of author photographs and that our bill came enclosed in a book. I enjoyed myself and plan on returning.

This literary themed cocktail lounge was fabulous. A real and skilled bartender who knows his stuff. Cozy and inviting.

hyperbole aside, this really is the best bar in Omaha. The cocktail list is straight to the point without anything frivolous, but all quality. My girlfriend never drinks rum but ordered three rum based cocktails because the balance was "dope" in her words. The bartenders are informed, nice and willing to take time answering questions. Additionally, it's a comfortable space. Go there, it's where I'll be.

What a fantastic cocktail lounge! The ambience is inviting and classy. The seating allows for easy and comfortable conversations. The drinks are well made and delicious! The cherry on top are engaging and attentive staff! The is an excellent cocktail lounge! I wish I could give it extra stars!

Simply outstanding. Tyler is the owner and the man. He can literally tell you the history of almost any drink. The new seating outside, and the new shelves inside are awesome.
In general the place is calm enough to carry on a great conversation. The staff are super nice dudes. Get ya some. Skip the other bar in countryside; this is where it's at.
Hell, they even have a driver that hangs around and can get your car home!

Best whiskey sours I’ve ever had!

The seasonal cocktails are always fun and delicious! Tonight I had the Gingerbread Man(hattan), and it was the best yet.

The owner, Tyler, is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is solid.

Definitely worth checking out.

I usually go here after getting a haircut at Denison Dolman Barbers next door. The haircut includes a voucher for a free drink. I usually order a Fairy Nectar on tap or an old fashioned both are good I would recommend this little bar to a friend.

Inkwell is a wonderfully unique bar that separates itself from your regular Bud/Miller Lite touting establishment (not that there's anything wrong with those places) by having a casual retro speak-easy vibe. The cocktails are expertly crafted and delicious and they have a fantastic selection of Whiskeys and Bourbons. It has a patio and an intimate feel while not being pretentious. I recommend you try it for yourself!

Awesome. There are no other words, but I'll try anyways... It's a super classy, nice bar, with fantastic signature drinks. If you have been looking for your 'spot' but haven't found it yet, give them a try, I'll 190% be back.
