I recently had the privilege of having my anesthesia administered by Dr. Brent Hannah during my endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures, and I am compelled to share my exceptional experience with his professional and compassionate care.

From the moment he introduced himself, it was evident that he was a consummate professional with a deep understanding of both the technical and personal aspects of his role as an anesthesia provider. His thoroughness in explaining the anesthesia process and addressing all my concerns was not only reassuring but also indicative of his commitment to patient care.

this place is fantastic. everyone that I worked with for my procedure was very sweet. I'm usually a big baby when it comes to being knocked out, but for the first time I was very comfortable. before I went out, every step was explained to me and what was about to happen. I would trust anyone there with making sure I get the best care and and would know I'd be alright.

The healthcare professionals here were all excellent. The scheduling staff... not so much.

Stopped in to pay a bill

I suspect they out source scheduling and accounting services. I got conflicting information regarding my appointment time and location. I keep getting past due notices for services I have paid. No one ever answers my calls to confirm payment.
I have no complaints about my in office treatment, service, or staff.

"Just another paycheck" I came to this company to try and get an issue resolved that I had been having for a few years. I was a couple minutes late and had to deal with a rude secretary because of it who couldn't confirm my appointment because I was late. I had gotten my drink to flush myself out, and came back another day for my procedure. The procedure and nurses were great, and my results were not as great. The nurse that called Me with the results told me that if it keeps persisting that I need to see a specialist..... no treatment plan, or medicine, and then a couple months later I receive two bills from debt collectors. One for $600, another for $1,400. I call MES back, and they had the wrong phone number on my account, and the wrong address so I wasn't getting any bills. A couple months after issuing both payments to them, I get a second debt collection notice for $600. Because they never took out the 2nd payment. The establishment is nice but it's a giant money pit. Turning my life into more turmoil instead of trying to help resolve the issue. Would not recommend and the only reason for two stars is the nice nurses before the procedure.

This place is terrible. I received an endoscopy here back in April and my experience was awful. The people at the front desk were unfriendly, the nurses were rude with me before and after my procedure, and I felt extremely rushed in and out, even though I came in several hours early like they called and requested since they were ahead of schedule. Now here we are in June, and after insurance covered my procedure and I paid my deductible, I was sent a $3,200 bill for “facility fees.” I had absolutely no idea this charge would be sent and immediately be due, now I need to rush to either find the money to pay or fight my insurance to cover this surprise fee. I am absolutely livid, and I find it disgusting that this facility is capable of treating their patients this way. Do NOT ever get treatment here.

I dropped my husband off for procedure. Was told they were going to come back and get me and they never did. Just sat there and waited until I finally went up to the front desk and was told that I won’t go back until after the procedure. And the staff is very rude, doesn’t seem to care about bedside manner or communication. I always give my husband a kiss and a hug before procedure, but wasn’t even allowed to do this because of their poor communication. There’s plenty of other places in town that do this, won’t be back to this one.

Took me forever (45 minutes) waiting on phone on hold to get an appointment. Had to leave a message so someone could call me back to schedule my colonoscopy 3 months out.
Got a prescription for liquid to clean my system. Instructions were confusing so called the pharmacy and got conflicting info. Got to MW Endo and 1st person I dealt with (young rude woman) asked if I brought my paperwork (I never received any). Then she talked to me like I was slow, old or stupid. I waited 1.5 hours before being the very last person called even though other people came after and were seen before me. Ended up not getting my colonoscopy. Will never go back there again.

My insurance paid for my colonoscopy great!
I received a second bill for $1,000 for a facility charge.
I called and asked them about this, they replied, how do you want to pay.
I have never had a separate facility charge for any procedure.

Beware of this place, ask prior to your procedure, the true costs.

This is a hidden cost, I'm sure in the small print.

Very deceiving!

The black lady at the front desk is totally rude and unprofessional. She has no business working with the public. I was in recovery with my spouse and went to ask her if I could go get a jacket for my uncomfortable spouse and she told me I couldn't leave unless I had permission from his doctor. Treated me like I was trying to escape from prison. Very insensitive, uncaring rude person.

Really nice hearing the front desk ladies argue and yell “I’m gonna kick her ass”. I feel super comfortable and trust them with my families health issues. What an unprofessional environment.
