I didn’t catch him name, but the cashier was awesome and gave me discount when I told him your online ordering wasn’t working. Such an easy was to make guests happy and loyal.

First few times we ate there the food was not good. One time they were out of bread. 🤷‍♀ This time the food was amazing. Worker was super nice.

Love Subway and always will. Love that it is a healthy option.

The store has a new touch screen that is very user friendly and enables you to customize your sandwiches! It was fast and easy!
The customer service was great too!

This is the best subway I been too in a while although its very busy there all the time the very big black guy with the hair is very nice he always there working hard and is a great sandwich artist for it to be busy there all the time no one appericiate how hard it is to work and make sub's for the amount of pay an hour and clean so many little things but the customers always complain and never say thank you great sub or anything besides that it's still great

Best Subway location in Faribault. Always clean and well kept, the line is always fast moving, and it is located next to Hyvee and Walmart for convenient access while shopping. Sometimes the sandwiches can be made a little sloppy, but satisfactory for the most part. I plan to return.

Fast service. Everything was fresh. My grandson "walked up to drive-thru to place order. He enjoyed that experience.

Had a steak and cheese today that was great! Bread was fresh. Meat was hot. Veggies were fresh.

I never ask for anything in return for my service, but the woman behind the counter wouldn't take no for an answer when she told me she was using her daily employee meal to comp me and thanked me for my service. Class act.
