I live out of state and phoned Morris Furniture looking for a lift chair for a relative with an urgent medical need. I had the good fortune of speaking with Holly who walked me through my options and instructed me how to locate those options on their website. After making my selection, Holly was also able to expedite the order and the chair was delivered the SAME DAY! That is customer service at it's finest, folks! I wouldn't hesitate to do business with these kind people again.

I had a great experience buying from Morris Furniture. My dad had just returned from St. Mary's in Rochester after having 3 heart surgeries. His mobility was limited and he has to sleep in a chair for a month. I felt a lift chair was what he needed. From the minute I arrived at Morris the service I received was excellent. They explained all the details about each lift chair that they sell to help me pick the best one for my dad's needs. They were willing to arrange delivery at the time that worked best for us. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of good quality customer service and and that is exactly what I received from them. My dad loves his new lift chair and it will truly help his quality of life now and in the future.

Great staff. Huge selection of furniture. They boast over 33,000 square feet of showroom. The best part is it's all on the ground floor. That makes it so easy to browse through all departments and go back to compare products. They offer delivery as well. They have a clearance section too that I thought had great bargains. Worth a drive to check out for new furniture.

Holy was an awesome sales person, she showed us what we wanted and we made the final decision. I would recommend Morris Furniture with Holy and the rest of the sales crew, the delivery people were very polite too.

Very professional and super helpful. Great selection and pricing. We live in Rochester, MN and stopped here on whim. So glad we did. Delivered new sectional sofa and took the old one, free of charge. We definitely will be back!
