My husband and I drove 45min to Albert lea to look at furniture. I loved that the salesman didn't pressure us or bug us about buying anything. Just asked if we needed any help and answered questions that we had.

Willis was very knowledgeable, and left us alone to walk around the store. He was attentive enough to let us know he was available for any questions without being
annoying!

Friendly, knowledgeable and super kind.

Purchased a bed, environmentally friendly base with posture (mechanical lift) and warranty + delivery. The team scheduled the delivery around my schedule, arrived on-time and was extremely efficient at taking the old bed and installing the new one, including pairing the bed with the remote and making sure it worked before leaving. Very "white glove" as far as service goes.

I'll continue to do business with Slumberland for all of my furniture needs as they understand how to ensure quality and professionalism.

This is the second time we've made a large purchase at this store. We like the prices and enjoy working with the staff there. They always work hard to find what we want and haven't failed us yet. We will be going back the next time we plan a major furniture purchase. Thanks guys, see you soon

Wow. This store went above and beyond! I ordered a futon frame and had it delivered/set up. That experience went smoothly, and the delivery people were efficient, skilled, and polite.
Later, when I had difficulty changing the futon between sitting and laying positions, the store contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to have them explain it to me. Wow!
So appreciative! I will tell everyone I know about how seriously AWESOME YOU GUYS ARE!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went into Slumberland on a whim Memorial Day weekend and found the store relatively busy. The salesman, Willis, was exceptionally helpful, kind, and considerate in spite of dividing his time between multiple clients. We never felt either pressured or ignored. Perfect customer service!

We ended up buying an amazing chair on clearance that I absolutely love and am excited to have delivered next week.
