Pentwater Pizza & Grinders

Ate here with the family 3 times while vacationing in Pentwater. We all LOVED the pizza. The crust is thicker and almost pretzel-like. Also, it is egg free which is a must for my son's food allergies. We also enjoyed the greek salad and turkey grinder. Service takes 10-25 minutes (not unlike other made to order pizza restaurants) so plan accordingly. We found it definitely worth the wait. This will definitely be one of our go to places while visiting.

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The kids liked their personal pizzas. My daughter "made her own" which sausage, chicken, and pineapple and it looked so good. I would've asked for a bite but my meatball sub (added pepperoni) kept me busy. We ordered cheesy bread to share. It was so soft and buttery. I was really not expecting this to be our favorite place to eat on vacation but it really was. We even got it to go and took it down to the village green to eat. Perfection.

Tried today for the first time while on a road trip through Pentwater. My son had the personal pizza and I had calzone. We were impressed with the taste of the food. Loved the pizza sauce and crust. Ate outside. Was clean and staff was friendly. Would definitely eat here again when we pass through.

Our family had a variety of food from a big beautiful chicken salad to grinders, calzones and pizza! The pizza had a perfectly done crust crunchy but soft! Will be Back!

Love their toasted grinder buns and always satisfied with my order. Turkey and club grinders are delicious. The staff has always been very cordial, even when we came in near closing time.

Delicious food and all employees wearing masks. Not just pulling them up when we walked in the place. Better than the pizza place with a no mask policy in town. Support this solid business with great food and service.

Their grinders are the very best! Very similar to Mancino's, if you know what I mean... Try they veggie, substitute the black olives for green, you can thank me later! Or the Chicken Bacon Club for the meat eaters. Might as well go for the whole 18 inches, baby!

The pizza and grinders are sooooo good! It's our new favorite place for take out and we will be having serious withdrawal this winter after they close for the season! Thank you Pentwater Pizza and Grinders!

We eat ALOT of pizza & are pretty snobby about quality. We actually hate most franchise joints & most of the indies are just okay to good. While vacationing in Pentwater we tried this place and were so surprised at how DELICIOUS the Chicago Style pizza was. Our absolute favorite pizza out there is a 10, We'd call this a solid 9.5 & that's only because they don't use fresh mushrooms (I am a mushroom junkie!) Their pizza sauce is tasty, Greek salad nice & fresh & Greek dressing so good I slurped the last few drops out of the cup! We will be sure to make Pentwater pizza a regular stop when vacationing in the area!

Never thought I'd say this, but we come here because of the chef salad!! Great tasting pizza but the salad is something else. Best chef salad we've ever had.

I am a sucker for Chicago style pizza. Best pizza I have had in a long time! I even had left overs for breakfast the next day. YUM!!!

Visited on vacation. I always get grinders when I can find them. This is a good location. Nice inside and outside patio areas for eating. Very close to downtown shops.

Wow I've been coming up to pentwater for the better half of 10 years have never considered dropping by this place no reason just haven't well the family and I ate here today wowzer there pizza was awesome I now kno what I've been missing although there a bit off the main street its definitely worth going will definitely revisit again thanks

Their marinara is 2nd to none. Outstanding, hot, friendly, delivery. Immediately catapulted into my top 2. Wish I remembered who #1 is??

Always buy my grinders here for lunch. Delicious, way too heavy on the lettuce though. Favorite place to eat in Pentwater by far.

Crust is fantastic! Very friendly service and some of the best pizza we've had in a long time.
