Staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. We tried a cookies and cream post workout shake, a caramel latte plant based protein shake, and the Superman tea bomb! Will definitely be back. Left feeling satisfied.

Yummy, healthy, low sugar, protein packed! Definitely recommend for a healthy alternative to a shake. It is a little pricey, but worth it for the quality ingredients. This was the Roy-G-biv tea which was SO good and the kids loved this moose tracks protein shake.

David was very nice and super helpful! Ordered the Oreo Cheesecake shake with the Wonder Woman tea (small size). About $13 for the combo.

Decent price, very friendly and welcoming staff. They always have a smile on their faces. And if you're a first-timer, they break it all down for you. My sister and I absolutely love these nutrition clubs.

Staff is always friendly, drinks are always tasty and amazing. We drive frequently from Kentwood just because the service is always amazing and the owners are great. Highly recommend the Love Punch. It’s a pink lemonade that is sweet and refreshing.

First off the people giving bad reviews about masks are not even real names... people are sitting down enjoying shakes it’s like a restaurant you do not have to have a mask on while you are there eating So ignore all the bad reviews about masks. Their shakes are delicious and it’s crazy to think how healthy they are by how good they taste. I love coming in and getting a shake and a tea as I feel so good after!! The employees are awesome and keep you coming back!!

Amazing shakes and teas. The setup in side is super cute (I want them to come decorate my house 😂). But the best part of uplift is the amazing workers. Even when they are slammed they are incredibly kind. The boss sure knows how to hire amazing people. Definitely check this place out!

Great service and great shakes. Don’t listen to the reviews about the masks, they have a sign that says they won’t ask you about masks because of the 4th amendment. And about the comment that talks about the mom and the daughter that weren’t wearing a mask in the store in an earlier review thank you, that was my mom and sister and we are recurring customers. Thanks for the shout out!

A nice friendly place to grab a seemingly healthy yet delicious protein shake. It is quite the experience you get a tea and a shake for a little under $10. The shakes truly fill you up and taste just like the menu description. Service is friendly and fast. There are a few tables to sit at and seats at a bar.

This place is fantastic, it's super healthy and there are only like 250 calories in and it's a total meal replacement with a nice tea for only $9, can't beat that. You would spend as much or more at Mcdonalds to clog up your arteries! The staff is extremely nice and is respectful of the 4th amendment which I will gladly pay more for that experience. Did I mention the shakes are fantastic, it's like eating captain sundae but it's healthy! They get 5 stars for everything because I can't give 6 stars. I saw a couple negative comments, probably from the same person using different accounts over four dollars, yes $4. I gave a homeless guy $50 the other day and someone complained over $4. Between their multiple locations I'll be getting shakes and teas almost every day!

Stopped in today for the first time and got a Shake and Tea. Both tasted amazing and the store was cute and clean. I received amazing customer service from the owner and would highly recommend.

Uplift is an amazing place for shakes, teas, and company! The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel at home. They also know how to make delicious shakes! I would recommend this place to everyone!

I was in a fender bender this morning, we stopped in the parking lot of uplift nutrition to inspect the damage. A gentleman from uplift nutrition was SO kind, he brought me out a yummy green drink to brighten up my day. So very nice of him! And it did help my day, Thank you. I will be back!!
