Pentwater Village Green

Rain or shine, we are in Pentwater the 2nd Saturday of October for a weekend of fun. As always, it is never a bad time. We enjoy the town and all the business owners that welcome us.

Free band concert every Thurs night in the summer. Farmers market a couple time a week. Look for webcams on line. Lovely view. Picnic tables. Easy parking. Ice cream and candy stores across the street.

Great band concert and strawberry shortcake, always a large crowd.

Band concert every Thursday, weather permitting. Been going on for 80 plus years. Fun for all, Chicken Dance for any who want to do it.

Pentwater is essentially Stars Hollow (the town in Gilmore Girls) the village green is a host to farmers markets, band concerts, art fairs and more, right in the center of an idyllic little town right on Lake Michigan. Quaint as heck.

Great, little small town Village Green. Great local activities. Farmers markets, movies, music, art festivals, etc. This little Village does it right during their tourist season! A lot of small towns would be lucky to emulate this place!

I have been coming to Pentwater for 66 years and it never fails to satisfy. Small town feel on Pentwater Lake that feeds into Lake Michigan. Two marinas in town to serve your needs. Charlie’s is my favorite but we have been friends for 60 years. Antler Bar has the best food in town at very fair prices with large portions. In the summer town grows substantially with lots of cute shops and ice cream shops. Small town Michigan at its best.

I was at the Village Green today for the Spring Fest Arts & Crafts Fair. There were so many great artisans with a big variety of wares & good prices.

Thank you Pentwater!! To hold an event during our current situation...you did an outstanding job!! People wore their masks, plenty of hand sanitizer around, plenty of open space to enjoy the craftshow.
Hope 2021 will be as successful!

A quaint gathering place that comes to life every summer. There are lovely elderly gentlemen playing their instruments lending a heavy Italian Village vibe, farmers markets, movies on the green, and every holiday takes a turn gracing the gazebo.

Great experience for young and old alike to enjoy the Thursday night band concert at the Pentwater Green. Amazing tradition!!!

Visited for the farmers market. Its a open public area, not much to say. Its got a nice pavilion in the center back and it would be a nice spot for a picnic.

We love Pentwater and the many activities held on the village green. Last heard the band play in the evening and appreciated the talent and the park here to listen to it.

Public park in the center of historic Village of Pentwater. Location for July Art Fair, weekly farmers market in summer, spring and fall two day arts and crafts fair, summer Thursday Night Civic band concerts, Church on the green summer Sundays, Free movies, weddings, annual boat show at adjacent yacht club, Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween activities, Homecoming activities and more with local shopping a step away and public rest rooms.

We had sandwiches to go, and they were amazing. Friendly folks with good hearts. I highly recommend.

The Green is a focal point for Village & family activity in Pentwater, summer or winter. Lots of events during the year, with emphasis on summer, but some early and some later. A Village treasure.
