We had pre-planned my mom's memorial service with Mike's help. When she passed, he and Katie made the whole experience so easy. They did all of the work for us, so that all we had to do was to remember mom and reminisce with guests. Katie was so kind and helpful the day of the service. Mike knows every step that families need to take, and makes the process so easy. I can't recommend them more highly. They have perfected the live-stream and recording process during COVID, so that far-away relatives and friends can feel like they are there.

Mike, Dave, and Jessica were amazing! They care about their community and the people in it. Our gratitude is beyond a thank you for the care taken for Chloe Kay and our family. ❤ Thank you.

Mike and his staff did an outstanding job at our Brother, Jeff Claseman's, Celebration of Life. It was truly something special for a truly special person. The care, understanding, generosity, and thoughtfulness of Mike and his staff didn't go unnoticed by anyone. The time they spent helping us prepare for this service was immeasurable. We have heard from so many friends and family that were so touched by how personal and moving the service was for Jeff. It was a wonderful tribute to him. Mike is a true gem and we cant thank you enough for all your kindness!

Mike was so compassionate and helpful after the death of my son. After speaking on the phone, he emailed me the consent forms, as well as information on the 2 types of cremation available. Being able to review this information, being able to upload photos, and work on the obituary online with my daughter, made it a little easier when we met Mike in person. Covid has made it difficult to get everyone together safely, and Mike understands that. His staff is more than happy to meet with us at a later date to help plan a Celebration of Life.

My Dad had planned ahead as much as he could while he was alive, yet there were so many details and decisions to finalize after he passed. Mike and Katie were there every step of the way to offer assistance and explain when needed. Their kindness, patience and understanding during our time of grief will never be forgotten. I would recommend them to every person, no matter their situation or budget, as surely this team can find a service to fit their needs.

Mike and staff were amazing. We held a service for my father with their funeral celebrant Coral and we could not have been more pleased. My Dad looked so nice, they had the slideshow running during visitation, zoomed the service for those that were unable to attend - even brought the camera around to show those online the flowers and photographs we displayed, had high chairs for us to sit on if desired so we could be eye level while visiting, surprised us with the most special tribute to my Dad during the service, music at the burial, cataloged all the flowers, and I could go on and on. Everything they did went a step above the rest. No detail was too small or overlooked. They absolutely exceeded our expectations.

Mike treated our father with dignity and respect when he passed. Jess was an absolute gem to work with and she delivered a beautiful funeral service, she even wrote something to be read at the grave site. I can’t speak highly enough of this team.

2 review on this post JULY 2021- I continue to be amazed by this company. Their kindness and compassion goes beyond words. I just got an email Monday with a picture of the headstone that was placed. So beautiful. My dad passed away memorial weekend they came to the nh and allowed us to spend as much time with him before they took him. My dad was a veteran and they draped the flag over him as he left the NH. You don't find the compassion, love and attention to detail in big cities and organizations. They treated him like he was family.

MARCH 2021HHK (specifically Mike) was a huge help this past month. I haven't even lost my parents (my dad is in the NH and my mom has dementia and recently entered a MCU).
I had to apply to get my mom on medical assistance because paying thousands of dollars a month out of pocket for care in a Nursing Home is not an option.
HHKFH was rock solid on knowing what to do in order to the paperwork done in a timely manner. They were knowledgeable in helping me create an irrevocable trust, pre-planning a funeral and getting the right forms to the county and the insurance company.
My family has had connections to this funeral home all the way back to when it was just HAMLIN, and they have never failed the community or the people in it. Their respect and kind hearts is generational.
There is something to be said about small town businesses and the people that run them. Thank you for what you do and the heart you have.

The world would be a much better place if more people were like the individuals who work at HHK. From day one you receive nothing but loving care... something that I believe money can't buy. HHK is not only there to provide a service but also to do everything possible to help in the loss of a loved one. Thank you so much!

The Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home Staff (Katie, Mike, Jessica) to name a few showed great professionalism, calmness, and caring during our difficult time. They made themselves available at all times during the process for any questions or requests. They were cognizant of COVID safety, our family, our feelings and were compassionate. A few example of things they did to make everything easier 1) By our request we didn't want a lot of flowers (prefer donation to two charities) so they were able to remove the easy order button on the website. 2) They us let setup the memorial table the day before 3) They interviewed us for two hours to capture the story of dad and it turned out to be a beautiful service with a surprise at the end for all of us 4) They braved a snowy trip to Mpls for the burial 5) They scanned photos and provided a link for uploading photos for a beautiful slide show 6) They took pictures of all of the flowers delivered to make thank you writing easier. 7)I made a list of songs to play -- and they found them all. In short, they were an amazing team and I would highly recommend them.

I would also recommend that if at all possible call them to make prearrangements. There are enough decisions to make and if some are planned in advance it makes it a simpler process. They will walk you thru the process. You will not find yourself in better hands.

HHK was beyond my wildest expectations. Every single little detail was taken care of. They are so kind and so caring. An example of going above and beyond... they noticed I was sweating and handed me a bottle of water because I was visiting with people. Who does that anymore? Their level of care and customer service was a huge blessing during my family’s time of mourning. I’ve never experienced such professionalism from any company in and service ever.

They were very professional, kind and I feel confident that our family member was treated with the utmost respect. Thank you!
