Best place ever, food is so good, 10/10 would recommend, the service was so good. I ordered 8 mchickens, 3 large fries, 2 shakes, and 1 diet coke. And they finished the order in less then 5 minutes. I was driving from wisconsin to North Dakota and I had to get food for my family and this was a fast spot. Go here immediately, SO GOOD

I stopped at Mcdonald’s with my two grandsons, because I needed a break to feed them and change them. My experience at this Mcdonald’s made me very happy and was the best Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been at. One of the workers opened the door for me when I had two kids in my hands, and Lily took my order and checked up on me multiple times. Also, they gave the kids two beautiful maracas, which they were happy with, and made my meal peaceful. The owner was also in, and she was wonderful. Thanks Moose Lake Mcdonald’s!

Stopped for breakfast on our way to Kansas. Kari was super nice and helpful. Im glad we stopped for hotcakes.

The Moose Lake McDonald's is the best in the franchise in this part of Minnesota. The employees are actually happy on shift. I'm there way more then I should be and there is NEVER an unreasonable wait for my food. Things are always corrected above expectation. The night shift gets extra credit for always being spot on.

The only weird thing I'll say about McDonald's is they just put a new sign up that's basically blocked by the other signs and you can't see it until you drive up. Someone should have planned that better! 😂

Only went through the drive through. Impressive and surprisingly efficient DUAL drive through. Packed when we got there but zipped rt threw and had hot food. Fries were fresh and delicious. Sometimes you go to a McD's and fries are hard and cold. These were obviously fresh made. I was impressed with the overall speed and quality.

The Moose Lake McDonald's was amazing. So clean, very friendly, and polite staff that engaged customers. Probably the BEST staff of any fast food restaurant we've been to, and we travel and eat out a LOT. And the food was hot and fresh.

The place is amazing. The food is great, and I got my food under 5 mins. The people who work there are very kind. I would definitely go back many more times!!

All the food items were fresh and hot. It took less than 5 minutes for the order to come out to our table. Appreciated the delivery service from the nice young lady. This was a nice McDonalds with lots of seating and there were only a few customers inside. Only complaint would be that most of the tables were not clean. For some reason since Covid the dining area is not cleaned at most locations. Management needs to be made aware as it is a real turnoff to the customer when you can't find a clean table to sit at.

What a great place to stop and the staff was so friendly and bubbly, you definitely want to keep those ones on board. Stopped there on October 5th 2023 in the morning. One of the best staffed Macdonald I have ever been at.❤❤

Quick service! Employees were very friendly. I recommend ordering from a real person instead of through their kiosk, because that was a little slow.

Everything was dark when we arrived in the parking lot. We'd been having a heated discussion during our travels and just had to satisfy a basic need. The parking spot seemed to be made for compact cars only. Maybe even those little smart cars with 3 wheels. However it felt freshly paved. So smooth and warm and not a tuft of grass anywhere to be seen. I had to gently ease my big shiny truck into the spot at first. But we were both hungry and had no patience anymore so I gunned it and rammed into that spot like I owned it. And owned it I did. Flushed from the enjoyment of being stuffed with such a big satisfying meal, my wife sighed and told me to hurry home and get her to bed. It was so fun that I parked there 3 more times that night until my truck was put away spit shined and out of gas. I heard there's food here too.

They handled my non standard order and did their best to get me the best price. Even got an extra piece of cheese!

Great customer service, especially by the front of house team member Troy. He went out of his way to make sure that customers have positive experience. Best service ever at a McDonald's.

Great service and very polite & helpful workers. Special food that changes. Very big menu. Making online orders are little difficult to figure out but once you figure it out it gets very simple.

Food was amazing as always! Could improve on the service. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and ranch. It came quickly and was hot and delicious. I will be going back!

Hit and miss but usually good good and sometimes really good service

The gentlemen there provided me and my friend the best service we’ve ever had at a McDonalds before, and we are Canadian. He was working there at 7pm on November 27th. That man deserves a raise; the world can use more interactions like the one he provided us.
