Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Spoke to Chris in service and he helped me resolve a warranty issue over the phone. I drive over an hour to get my Honda Pioneer serviced there because they are very helpful and honest. Give them a visit. You will not be disappointed.

Exceptional customer service! My husband and I broke down on the side of the road in moose lake because of pontoon trailer problems and the pontoon not sitting right on the pontoon. We walked into this business and everyone was friendly and helpful. Chris gave helpful suggestions without even knowing who we were and loaned us boards to lower our pontoon on. When our trailer still didn’t work I called and asked if we could rent one of their trailers even though the store was about to close. Chris made an exception and let us rent a trailer and was very helpful,

I recently purchased a Toro zero turn mower from Brian. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience, he was thorough in walking me through my options and pointed me in the direction of what would meet my needs. MLI had a 2022 Can Am Renegade XMR 1000 that was ordered and unclaimed. I pondered the purchase for about a week and finally bought it. Nate was fantastic and very patient from the first time I spoke with him and right up to loading the wheeler into my truck. I will be returning to MLI again in hopes to find a wheeler for my wife.

Very satisfied with the easy simple deal made on a Sportsman 570. No hidden add charges like at other dealers I checked with. This was the cheapest price after all charges were tallied by several hundred dollars. Will check with Moose Lake Implement for future accessories.
