I received the gift card 115 days (and a flurry of emails) after I originally asked for a refund for the $119 inky sweatshirt the store sold me. I would rather have mailed their trash back & gotten a refund, but they didn't allow this solution. Overall....I wouldn't recommend shopping at this store. Terrible customer service experience.

I have yet to receive a gift card. I emailed Jenna. She replied that the gift card was missed in the packages sent out.

A few hours later, Jenna said the store went through an acquisition & she can't refund me, but could send a gift card for the $119 inky sweatshirt.

I replied with my mailing address 4 hrs later.

I sent the email chain to employees Jessica & Megan, along with two follow-up emails that went unanswered.

I emailed the company to initiate a return. Maddie replied to me twice, but my other 3 emails went unanswered. On my last email to her, I got a bounce back email saying she didn't work there anymore.

I bought a sweater at the Crosby location while on vaca. When I got home, I noticed it had two ink stains on it that had been attempted to be cleaned.
