I decided to see if I could get a phone through metro. I'm elated with my decision to go to this store. The sales lady was so helpful with everything. I was over the moon happy when she said my total was less than she quoted. I will be very happy with metro I believe.

I dropped in at this store as my Moto G7 power wasn't charging Migelina helped figure everything out and really took her time to make sure I had everything I needed. The store was super busy, and it would have been easy for her, the only employee there, to try to expedite my issue. But she did not. She spent as much time with each customer as they needed. She was awesome. Excellent employee with above and beyond customer service. Thank you Migelina for everything!

They were able to assist me with an issue with my phone that T Mobile phone support was unable to after several hours of support. I tried the store on a whim and they actually listened to me (unlike phone support) and they were able to resolve the issue and I no longer have to restart my phone numerous times a day.
