Have monthly pass but they have no reader😰 I waited behind 4 cars till I found out awesome George hooked me up but seriously done with holidays.

They will not break a $100 dollar bill. Even during the day, and spending over $45 they won't take a $100 bill for payment. It's the laziest cashier's I've seen in a while. If a customer is spending close to half of what the change will be, you should honor it.

Not the best. Frequently find myself waiting in line to pay as the customer is taking forever with a lotto purchase or something and the other employee is present but presumably on a break? I'm talking like 10 plus minutes - on many occasions.

Was waiting in line and the lady ahead of me gotta a thank you have a great day and asked if needed a bag. I didn't get a hello, a thank you or if I needed a bag and my hands where full. The cashier name was Alyssa and I will never come back to this location ever again. I am a store manager my self and you never be rude to customers. Worsw experience at a gas station.

I once used the self-checkout pump and something went wrong with the machine, but I didn’t notice anything as it authorized my card and let me pump the gas. Stood there filling my tank for a handful of minutes and then left. An hour later a cop is at my door saying I drove off without paying. The staff didn’t think once to come out and let me know that I had come pay inside, instead they waited for me to leave to then call the cops. I went back to pay and try to clarify what had happened, but the staff did seem to want to talk to me. I was a regular customer for years(I literally stopped earlier the same day to get a Red Bull)... Never going back!

Worst gas station I have ever come across no professionalism or work ethics simply crooks running this franchise business. God damn it if you are not accepting holiday unlimited car wash then what's the point of having car wash. Meghan an employee of this store told me go ahead and talk to our boss that's what he wants us to tell everyone that we are not accepting car wash.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Half their coffee creamers are out. Both the little cups and the ones in the machine to push. I've bought several sandwiches that are old. Not friendly staff. They should just start all over with new staff. I will go to the other one for my morning coffee from now one it's just as far as this one. DO NOT GO THERE. It's not worth any money or your time

Terrible management by Kelly. Have been coming here to get a car wash regularly on Tuesday only to be told (after getting gas) that they have a policy in place which was never mentioned to me. She stated there was nothing she could do, when in fact other employees were able to still give me the discount for the carwash. Clearly they hire people with no experience and lack training. Extremely incompetent.

Long wait times for the register. Always one register open with multiple employees “looking busy”. I Stood in a line of 10 people at 9am today. Never again. It’s not convenient anymore. Just pass on this place.

How dare you tell my son he can't charge his scooter at your store even after he offeres to buy something and he was on his way to school ..gas stations are suppose to be the 1st place willing to help when in distressed

Terrible service & closes early a lot. At the time of the pic they still had 25min till they posted they'll be closing

Ugh. The staff is terrible. There's one man in particular who is there in the evenings who is so blatently rude. I've been there multiple times and had such horrible experiences with him. I won't be going back after yet another unfortunate confrontation yesterday.

Rude cashier. Rang up item for price to high. Was on sale. Said there was nothing he could do. Left without item.

Slow pumps, no tea the only holiday in Metro you have to pay for air. Rude service blasting heavy metal music.
