Josh and Kerry were great. They answered all my questions and responded to emails and calls. I just bought a ASV from them and they delivered it to me as well. Thanks to you both and looking forward to doing more business with you as the need arises.

Josh and staff do a wonderful job. We have been using Northwoods for over 5 years now. Recently we purchased an ASV after demoing a few models extensively. Great small town service and great turn around on service. They will happily work on anything mechanical with an engine or not, from trailer bearings, engine rebuilds, and anything else mechanical Northwoods can do it all!

Josh should teach a course on customer service. I was originally concerned about buying a piece of equipment from a smaller dealer because they often lack the depth and resources of their larger counterparts. The difference here; he answers his phone. Any time. Every time. That's far more than I've gotten from any other dealer I've ever worked with. So happy we listened to the great reviews others had. Our experience was no different!

These guys are great! Dropped everything to get my plow going when I need it right away. Even when he said we are busy right now. With other plows. They actually pull out that truck and move my in. Sorry for the other guy but wow. In and out 1/2hour and I'm plowing snow. I'll be bringing back my plow for a service in the spring. 2 thumbs up

Ruether Bros Garage recently contacted Northwoods Hydraulic Equipment and wanted a Meyer Snow Plow part. The gal in the parts department had the parts, found them quickly and was so pleasant on the phone. Our transaction was completed in mere minutes and I had the parts on the way. I will definitely go back here for my Meyer parts

Bought my 1st plow from Josh a few weeks ago. Took 2hours to install. Wow! I especially appreciated their no-nonsense low pressure guidance in choosing a plow which was best for my needs.

I was a bit leery to buy an ASV from Northwoods seeing it is a small shop. They have met or surpassed all of my expectations. Knowledgeable and good customer service. 👍👍👍 Excellent communication with accurately lead times on repairs and service.

While traveling north for fishing trip we encountered boat trailer problems. These guys fixed it in 5 minutes! 2 thumbs up!!
