Moose lake public beach and playground

The beach is Sandy right now and there isn’t currently any life guard. It’s 75 degrees on the Saturday of Grandma’s Marathon. There are plenty of kiddos and families, but it’s not crowded. We are here at 4:55 pm.

Have yet to have a bad experience here. Love having a semilocal swimming hole to take the kids swimming. No matter how busy it gets, there seems to be plenty of room. We appreciate that we can barbecue and plenty of picnic tables. The park is perfect for when the kids want a break from swimming.

Always clean and well kept. The playground is a blast for the little ones. Even have a beach right there just watch the kiddos.

During the 4th the park becomes a family fun adventure and there's food trucks and blow up fun toys to jump in and of course there is the beach for swimming. I played bingo at the American legion booth. Fun times.

Clean park but no dogs allowed on the beach. Needs more parking areas

Very clean and relaxing. Best place to bring kids. Enjoy your day of BBQ and a pavilion, bathrooms picnic tables and grills provided.

Always nice and clean. Glad they put closer restrooms. Never had issues with brocken glass or cigarette buts like other parks.

Great place to just go hang out for the day and swim or let kids play in the park also nice place to have a picnic

Well kept and always clean... it would be nice to have a life guard on duty though.

We weren't here for the playground but it is set up with play equipment with a sand floor like a sandbox.

Great place. Traveled here to look for agates, but didn't have much luck

The food is worth the wait!
