Mark & Jim are very knowledgeable and helpful too. As well as Roger in repairs.

Purchased a Brush hog from Chris. Apparently a bolt was loose from the factory and after an hour of use it was inoperable. I would have had to load it on a trailer to take it back to the dealer for repair. Chris worked with me to figure out the issue

I purchased a Kioti Tractor from Chris. Had a good experience. I personally think their prices are a little high so I would try to wheel and deal a bit. Overall, I decided to purchase from J&R because their customer service was better than any other Kioti dealer I dealt with and they provided delivery for free (most of the dealers north will not deliver to Monroe for free). Chris was very quick to respond to text messages and always got me the information I needed. He did a great job of going over all the equipment and components of the tractor. Very happy with my purchase so far.

I visited J&R's parts counter on a Saturday because my grass catcher was seized up and needed new bearings. The salesman needed some dimensions from the bearings and it was necessary to press them out of the unit in order to get the measurements. So, he proceeded to take the unit back to their repair shop and press out the bearings for me. They had the new bearings in stock at a reasonable price and he printed out an assembly drawing that I could use to reassemble the unit correctly which I referred to several times. Furthermore, the housing of the unit was slightly damaged and he referred me to someone who could do the repair work. A new housing was hundreds of dollars but I got mine repaired for $20 by his referral. You don't get this kind of service when you buy your parts from somebody on the web! I am very impressed with their personalized service and will continue to use them for my tractor related needs.

Chris Parker is a salesperson there. He has a lot of information about his product. And has a lot of good ideas to change or improve if you ask him. He's very informative. And I do like the tractors there.

I got a Makita electric powered chainsaw with the special deal of getting two extra batteries for free I'm not disappointed one bit this thing has ran like a champ even when I forgot to put oil in it. are you stihl all the time for everything else. Also no exhaust you can't beat that and I can talk to my crew over the saw
