Love her.. I had her as my doctor when I was growing up. I decided there was no one better than her to be my daughter's doctor. She has been my daughter's doctor for almost 13 years now. She tested my daughter & found out she had acid reflux when she was only a couple weeks old. Then got her scheduled with a gastroentrologist. I really wish I could keep taking my daughter to her but sadly my daughter is almost to that age where she will need to start seeing a family doctor soon instead of a pediatrician.

This doctor was referred to us right after i had my son, After 5 years and 2 kids later I have no complaints. She is very old school, which is what i really like about her. Plus she adores kids. One day when my 2 yr old went for his shots, i guess the nurse gave him the wrong ones, well after getting the call about it, I talked to Dr. Reinhardt, and that nurse does not work there anymore. I would recommend her to other people, but she only takes Monroe county people.

Love her, she was my Dr growing up and has been my son's for eight years now. I recommend her to anyone, she knows her stuff.

We love her! Anytime she didnt know what something was she would send us to a specialist. Anytime we ask for a referral she gives it to us without even questioning us!

This is the worst dr EVER!!! I wouldn't even give her 1 star! My grandson does not walk or talk and is going to be six years old, she has never done anything to try to find out what is wrong with him and the only reason we have had any kind of testing for him is because we had to go around her and do research ourselves and take him to specialist that others recommended. He was seen for the last time by her today with an respiratory infection... no antibiotic! She needs to retire!

Do NOT recommend. When vaccinating my baby, the assistant scratched my baby's thigh with the needle and never even told me , I found out when I picked her up to comfort her and dress her after the shots and saw it oozing blood from a long scrape ! Also dr. Reinhart is a very rude lady, doesn't talk to me at all , when she does say something, she has short, aggravated answers.
Lastly, I took my baby there cause I thought she had aczema, told reinhart my concern, she looked at it for 2 seconds on her face, didn't even undress her to look at her entire body, walks out of the room and brings back tiny trial size lotions and says yeah it's eczema. I went to the dermatologist same day cause it looked awful and I didn't think it could be eczema, turned out to be an severe allergic reaction!! She should have known that! Thank god I went elsewhere !

My daughter was vomiting constantly and she ordered 2 xrays a week apart then some bloodwork and told me she was fine. Took her to Mott's children's hospital to find out that she has acid reflux. Never again will i take my daughter here

She’s rude and doesn’t care about what you think and she’s old school and don’t like when a teen says no to something they are not comfortable with.

Travel for healthcare, you'll be better off!
