We went to get my fiancé a hair cut, and wait time was pretty quick. Once he got in the chair, the stylist Megs was AMAZING!! asked detailed questions on how he’d like his hair. She was also extremely friendly and did an amazing job with the cut and great job washing, massaging and styling his hair! Best cut he’s ever gotten!! Definitely will be back again

It was my first time at Sports Clips. I had Sarah as my stylist. She did a fantastic job. My hair is a bit difficult, but she nailed it. When I got home my wife said "I think you found your new stylist, it looks amazing!" And I agree. Thank you, Sarah!

Took my son down the road to another haircut location and had one of the worst haircuts done. I called Sports clips and spoke to the manager. They got us right in. Blair was able to fix his hair and treated us so well. We will be back. Kudos to management and staff.

My grandson has autism and so things like haircuts aren't always the easiest. I gave him his first one and it was aweful. I appreciated the patience of his stylist at Sport Clips. She did a great job evening out the choppy cut I gave him. She checked in with him throughout the haircut to make sure that he was doing okay. He was happy about the prize that he got at the end, too. Highly recommend! No wait. They do walk-ins only which worked well for us.

I have really long hair and Stephanie at the Big Rapids location was great with getting it brushed out and conditioned for my cut. It was a relaxing experience and I will absolutely be returning. She was knowledgeable and provided me with expert advice on how to keep my hair healthy and maintained. She demonstrated that Sports Clips is not just for men! The store was clean and everyone was friendly!

My sons always come out of this place looking so sharp and handsome and feeling built up by the staff. They do an incredible job of making them feel comfortable, connecting, and giving them a great haircut. Lilly did an amazing job on my 14 year old son's hair and Leeza worked on my 12 year old son. They both look great and it was worth the cost.

This is the best place to get a haircut in Big Rapids. Lilly consistently gives me great haircuts. I am greeted when I walk through the door and I rarely have to wait.
