I had an engine light come on and called and spoke with a very kind woman that said bring it right in.....I asked if I could come the next morning at opening and she said yes, I was so happy they fit me in...they fixed my BMW x6 50i quick and accurately at a fair price and even gave me a ride back home while I waited for the repairs to be complete, I just moved to Monre and wont use anyone else going forward, thank you!

Would recommend to everyone! I was quoted over $300 to get my cabin air filter replaced at a dealer, Pancone's did it for $110! Thanks again :)!

Amazing place! It's so refreshing to be able to talk to the knowledgeable mechanic and have all questions answered. They are very flexible and always willing to take a look at my car, even if it's the last minute. One of the best places in the area.

Had two worn ball joints and they were able to find the problem within a matter of an hour. We’re the only place to find the problem and didn’t try trick me into fixing more. Decent enough price for this economy and very nice and honest crew. Will be going back for future repairs!

Yet again Pancone’s solves a car problem with honesty, timeliness, and knowledge. My in-laws car was leaking oil. They could have told me almost anything, I’m definitely not a car expert. It was a $30 repair! They were totally honest (it was a faulty oil plug) my elderly in-laws were thrilled it wasn’t an expensive repair!
I just had my Edge in because after a small collision, my car sounded awful! Pancone’s yet again solved the problem quickly, now my sweet ride sounds brand new again!! I know how hard it is to find an honest shop, and I have never had any issues. They will always have my business! Thank you Pancone’s!!

Took my Jeep in to have the muffler replaced and to check ball joints, they were very friendly. They had my vehicle ready very quickly. Very reasonably priced and exceptional service. Having just moved to the monroe area I've found a shop that I will go to for any repairs that I'll need.

This is a small shop on M50 in Monroe, and they took great care of my car. They replaced the serpentine belt once, and finished the work in under 24 hours. They also fixed an odd noise coming from the engine at a later time.

They took great care of my car, and the service came at a good price.

I highly recommend, they fit me in promptly and had my car back before the end of the day. Very friendly and reasonable prices!!
