Dollar Car Rental

I made a reservation by accident. I called to cancel. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. I just wanted to make sure my reservation got cancelled. She said it will be cancelled. I said is it already cancelled or will it be cancelled. She said don't worry about it that it will be cancelled. That I'm the owner. I didn't ask her that question. I don't care if she is or not. If my reservation isn't cancelled she will hear from me again real soon. I told her look ma'am you don't have to be rude. I'm not even from that town or state. Whatever you do if you need to ever rent a vehicle in the near future. Please don't rent one from this place. Sorry customer service. As an owner you would think she would know better. It doesn't take a genius to be kind or friendly. You don't talk to people like that anyways.

WORST RENTAL COMPANY!! Rent anywhere but Dollar. They will steal money right out of your account. Theres no way to call & talk to anyone. I rented a car for a few days. I thought 200 was high well when I took the car back there were almost 300 in hidden charges. If that's not bad enough I got a bill for another 71$ for using their toll pass. Which I paid for when I rented the car. Horrible company!! Nothing but a headache.

I went and booked a small SUV with no milage restrictions online for an important trip to Indiana. Only to be denied a rental when I went to pick up the car. The staff was rude at best I ended up being forced to drive my truck and spend 3× the cost of renting a car in gas alone.

I wish you could leave negative stars! Absolutely horrible customer service from start to finish. They try to tack on extra fees wherever and whenever they can. The owners are rude and unprofessional. What an absolute joke of a business! Called 1 800 number absolutely no help either! Rent elsewhere!
