Well they have good service if you buy direct from t-mobile. All in all they have my back I have their payment.And a great 5g.

I went to get a phone and pay a bill a few days ago and kryshaun helped me out was a great help and has a great humor and vibe with his co-workers

This place just honestly fits all my needs. As soon as I walked in I instantly got a chub from the vibes of the store. 5/5 would go again

I went into T Mobile this morning to purchase two of the I phone 12 pro max phones. When I left and came home to set my new phone up I couldn’t make calls or send text. I called T Mobile back and the manager of the store was very helpful walking me through steps to try and resolve the problem. He ended up thinking it could be a defected SIM card so he offered to drive to my home town to try and resolve the issue. He switched the SIM card out and had my phone fixed in minutes. He went over and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer! Thanks so much for you’re amazing customer service Raul!

Store manager Raul was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient in dealing with my elderly mother and switching phones. He is a kind soul. I would even drive in from Chicago to go to this store if I ever need T-Mobile help again. The other staff members seemed helpful, too.

Eloy is an extremely patient, knowledgeable & helpful representative. My previous carrier was making it very difficult to transfer my lines and port my numbers over but he remained composed and persistent and assisted me on my multiple visits to the store.

Super great experience! Raul took good care of us, make sure you ask for him. Very knowledgable about phones, plans and able to help through any situations. Highly recommend him and will continue to come to him for most if not all matters if possible.

I was in the store this afternoon and the customer service was awesome. I bought 2 phones s10 and iphone11. Matt and Raul both were great sales men and have great talking skills. Called in with a few questions and I was given all the answers that I needed. If I decide to trade in my phone I will absolutely make the trip to get good help.

T-mobile'so store was organized and clean. The customer service was amazing. I switched from AT&T. I saved money on my monthly bill & gained a network that's 6x faster.

Came in to store in benton harbor because my phone "lost " it's spellcheck ability...frustrating! In a short time Rihanna was able to retrieve my spellcheck AND show me how to access it should I have difficulties again. .all while multitasking with another customer AND remaining cheerful! Thanks Rihanna! !! LOVE having this store location and it's helpful employees!
