I highly recommend "Batteries+Bulbs" when it comes to phone repairs. I went in to see if they would be able to fix my shattered phone screen at a reasonable cost - thankfully, they were able to completely repair my phone screen at a low cost of only $130 (comparable to other businesses I checked out in the Kalamazoo/Portage area, theirs is the lowest). I even received a $10 coupon for my phone repair. In addition, one of the associates told me that if they can't fix my phone, there won't any charge to me whatsoever. This staff is amazingly courteous, patient, and took a great deal of burden off of my shoulders. I'm definitely going to return in the future should I have any other issues with my phone. Thanks again, "Bulbs+Batteries!" Your hard work and kindness doesn't go unnoticed.

The Batteries Plus website loves to second guess me, don't allow them to know your location and don't be discouraged.

Joseph is the MAN! My wife came in with a phone in bad shape. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and ordered the parts asap! He knows a lot about the technical aspect of phones and was 100000 percent more helpful at our cell phone carrier store that we have been with for 10 plus years. Thank you Joseph!!!!!

They were incredible. My needs proved to be more complex than anticipated, yet they persisted until it was done, and done fully. I really respect them, and loved seeing them all work together so well.

I can't rate this place on all aspects since I've only been there once and for a battery installation, but I give this place a 5/5 for the service they provided. They charged the fair price of $10 and were super friendly and helpful. Before I came here, I went to PEP boys who, for some reason, tried to charge $137 to install a battery I bought elsewhere. Anyways, Rowan helped me out and was super kind and considerate. Thanks Rowan (and team).

Took my daughter's phone in to get the screen and battery replaced. The staff was very polite and helpful. Worked with us to get the best deal we could get. They even replaced her broken speaker for free!

Patty saved my phones life! Was having bad luck all day and on top of it couldn’t get my phone charger to fit in to charge my phone - she helped me out and got it fixed in under a minute! Turned my bad luck streak right around. They have great deals as well! Very nice staff :)

I wish I had gotten the employees names, but they were 2 very helpful guys. They helped me clean out my charging port and got it all fixed. I'll definitely be back next time I need help with something

Everyone was super helpful and looked at my son's scooter for free even though they did not carry the battery replacement. They are trustworthy and would not hesitate to go back if I needed a battery.

Every time I visit, I learn something new and feel welcome.

I got the battery replaced on my iPhone 11, it was dying after like 3 hours and a simple battery replacement allowed me to hand down the phone to my kid and it was working like new. About 5 months later the phone kept turning off randomly so I took it in and they did a free trouble-shooting and determined there was an issue with the replacement battery so they swapped it out under warranty. Sometimes these aftermarket batteries have issues, but these guys stand by their work and made it right and that is the sign of a good business. I don't expect perfection, especially from an aftermarket iphone battery, but it was a great feeling to walk in with a problem and walk out with that problem fixed in about 30 minutes. Customer service was great! I walked in to the store and an employee immediately identified the battery I was holding and what she could replace it with. I got my replacement battery within a minute from walking through the door and the employee answered every question I had. Thanks folks, I’ll definitely be back!

I was about to make an online order but I called ahead about inventory for pickup. The guy I talked to said I should just come in and they would make the battery I needed. I told him I wanted to get the online discount so I would order online and bring the order in. He said that wasn't necessary and that if I mentioned it in person they would give us the discount in-store. My husband went. Mentioned the discount and this whole exchange. The woman working there refused to honor the promised discount. So that was disappointing and trust-breaking. I don't like being misled like that. We bought the battery anyway because even without the discount their prices are very competitive.

Update: the battery works great, though! It was for a power wheels car and it has plenty of zip and the charge is long-lasting. Probably even better than a battery straight from fisher price.

Another update: a store associate contacted us less than a week after I posted the review above, apologized for the confusion, and offered to send a check for the amount the discount would've been. It's rare you find a business so determined to satisfy every customer! I feel much more comfortable recommending them to everyone I know now, and I'll definitely seek them out for future battery needs.

Everything about our appointment went smoothly and the repair was done quickly. All of our questions were answered by the friendly staff. It was an excellent experience. This wasn't the first time we've used Batteries Plus and it won't be the last.

The tech worked extremely hard on research and finding the screen to replace on my Samsung s21 5g. While diligently examining my phone , he discovered it was actually the screen protector that was cracked. He saved me $250 that would have been spent on a non necessary screen replacement. It instilled my faith in your company's ethics and that is why I used and will continue to use Batteries +.

Great service and helpful with iphone outside of just replacing battery

Broke my screen to the point of what I thought was beyond repair. Dropped multiple times. It's like new again. Only took about an hour and a half after the screen came in.

Patty is a serious live-saver. I came in to get a key fob programmed because I was having trouble with it myself. She figured out the problem quickly and I was able to be in-and-out very quickly! You’re the best Patty!!!
