Landstar isn’t what they used to be, but still one of the best in the business. Their standards have been lowered across the board over the years; BCO qualifications, agency qualifications and office staff professionalism. There are still a lot of awesome people with this company though. Ignore the incompetence and untruthful nature of a few and what’s left is a reputable and well respected company.

Those that say this company does not have loads, they don't work here they are out side o/o that can't get hired by landstar. This is one of the largest and best o/o companies in America and very picky about whom they hire, so don't believe what they say I've been here for over 4yrs and anyone that says it sucks ask them what did they get fired for I guarantee that's why they left not because of no loads or cheap rates.
